段)、10は対地静電容量、11はコンデンサで
ある。

力信号数を個別に計数して各計数値をそれぞれ検
出デジタル値及び基準デジタル値として出力する
計数手段と、この計数手段からの検出デジタル値
及び基準デジタル値の関係が所定の状態となつた
ときに検出信号を出力する演算手段とを備えたこ
