及び冷却チヤンネルとを有するサンプル側ターン
テーブル、並びに前記サンプル側ターンテーブル
の直上において昇降可能とした前記各サンプル管
のための蓋ユニツトの配列を装備するとともに各
蓋ユニツトのサンプル管内への露出面に開口した
不活性ガス分岐供給管路、及び真空分岐吸引管路
を配設してなる昇降蓋機構を含む反応ステーシヨ
ンと、 前記上端開口型試薬管を支持するための環状配
列された複数の試薬管受孔、及び前記複数の試薬
管受孔に対応して同心的に環状配列された複数の
ピペツト受孔とを有し、前記ピペツト受孔には下
端に尖口部を有するピペツトを支持するようにし
た試薬側ターンテーブルと、 先端に前記受孔に支持されたピペツト上端開口
部に嵌合してこのピペツトを保持しうるチヤツク
兼空気出入口を有するアームと、このアームを前
記チヤツク兼空気出入口が、前記試薬側ターンテ
ーブルの第1の方位角位置において支持されたピ
ペツトと、第2の所定方位角位置において支持さ
れた試薬管の各上端開口、及び前記サンプル側タ
ーンテーブル上の所定方位角位置において支持さ
れたサンプル管の上端開口にそれぞれ対応する位
