添付図面は本考案によるテーパ研削装置の一実
施例を示し、第1図は全体の説明図、第2図は作
動の説明図、第3図はマスタワークを測定する場
合の制御プログラムのフローチヤート、第4図は
ワークを加工する場合の制御プログラムのフロー
チヤートである。 符号の説明、10……ベツド、12……テーブ
ル(トラバーステーブル)、17……砥石台、1
9……砥石車、20……端面定寸装置、21……
フイーラ、30……数値制御装置、Ow……回転
軸線、W……ワーク、Wa……テーパ面、Wb…
…基準端面。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 砥石台とテーブルを互いに直交するX方向とZ
    方向に相対移動可能にベツド上に支持し、円錐面
    の一部をなすテーパ面を有するワークをその回転
    軸線が前記X方向及びZ方向と平行な面内におい
    て前記Z方向に対し前記円錐面の半頂角だけ傾斜
    するようにして前記テーブル上に回転可能に支持
    し、前記砥石台を前記テーブルに対しX方向に送
    り込んで同砥石台に軸承した砥石車により前記テ
    ーパ面を研削するテーパ研削装置において、前記
    砥石台に取り付けられてフイーラを有する端面定
    寸装置と前記X方向及びZ方向の相対移動を制御
    する数値制御装置を備え、前記端面定寸装置は前
    記フイーラが前記ワークにその回転軸線と直交し
    て形成された基準端面と当接可能な検出位置と同
    ワークと当接不能な退避位置とに選択的に位置決
    めされ、前記数値制御装置は前記ワークの加工に
    先立ち前記砥石台を所定の測定原位置から同ワー
    クの回転軸線と平行に相対移動させると共にこの
    相対移動により前記検出位置に位置決めされた前
    記端面定寸装置のフイーラが前記基準端面への当
    接を検出した際の前記砥石台のX方向相対位置に
    基づき同ワークを研削するための前記テーブルに
    対する前記砥石台のX方向補正送り量を与えるこ
    とを特徴とするテーパ研削装置。
