- 水洗槽に半導体基板を浸漬し、供給管より純水
を供給しながら該半導体基板に付着した薬液やゴ
ミを洗い流す水洗装置において、水洗槽は湾曲し
た底部を有することを特徴とする半導体製造装置
。
