Generally, in this type of rice transplanter, the front part of the machine tends to lift more as the field gets deeper due to the drive reaction force of the machine propulsion wheels. However, the planting claws, which scrape the planted seedlings from the group of seedlings on the seedling stand in a pinch-like manner and plant them on the rice field, make a constant planting circulation movement with respect to the machine, and there is no relative change in posture. However, the deeper the rice field is, the more it leans backwards, resulting in lying seedlings, which disturbs the planting rows and makes it impossible to plant seedlings in an orderly manner.

The present invention was devised to eliminate these drawbacks in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and the greater the deflection of the leaves and stems of the planted seedlings, the greater the restoring force to restore them to a straight line. Focusing on the fact that
A rice transplanter that uses the restoring force of the leaf and stem portion to adjust the holding posture of the planting claw, and can perform planting work in a substantially constant planting posture regardless of the depth or shallowness of the field. The purpose is to provide a seedling planting device.

The planting rod 2 includes a planter beak 11 whose base end is fixed to the holder 10, and a planter beak 1.
The planter beak 11 is composed of a planter oak 12, etc., which descends at the same time as the beak 1 immerses into the rice field and pushes the planted seedlings 5 into the rice field. A holding portion 11a having an open end is formed by notching.
Reference numeral 13 denotes a contact member provided on the center surface of the base end of the planter beak 11, and the contact member 13 has a long hole 13a that is inserted into the tightening bolt 14 that is screwed into the base end of the planter beak 11. This makes it possible to adjust the movement in the longitudinal direction. The abutting member 13 is formed wider than the open-ended clamping part 11a, and covers the upper surface of the clamping part 11a.By adjusting the movement of the abutting member 13, the lower end edge of the abutting member can be adjusted. The abutting surface 13b formed on the clamping portion 11a moves along the clamping portion 11a, and the clamped planted seedling 5
The position of contact of the leaf stem portion with the contact member 13 can be adjusted in displacement. 15 is a seedling receiver provided at the lower end of the seedling stand 3.

Next, the operation of the present invention constructed as described above will be explained. In the seedling planting work, the planting rod 2 performs a planting circulation movement to move the grouped seedlings 4 to the planted seedlings 5 on the seedling stand 3.
The planted seedlings 5 scraped from the group seedlings 4 are held on both sides of the roots by the planter beaks 11, and the upper surface is held by the planter beaks 12. The leaves and stems are held in the planting rod 2 by being supported by the holding part 11a of the planter beak 11.
It passes through and extends upward.

By the way, during the seedling planting work, the drive reaction force of the machine propulsion wheels 6 tends to move forward toward the deeper fields. As shown, the relationship is Asada's inclination angle θ>Fukada's inclination angle θ'. On the other hand, since the planting rod 2 always scrapes the planted seedlings 5 at a constant angle with respect to the seedling stand 3 and plants them on the rice field, the direction in which the planter beak 11 sinks into the rice field and the vertical line are different. The deeper the field is, the more the immersion angle is displaced toward the vertical line, that is, the relationship is as follows: Asada's immersion angle α>Fukada's immersion angle α', and the deeper the field is, the more the planted seedlings 5 will turn into lying seedlings. It turns out.

However, in the present invention, as shown in the above embodiment, by adjusting the abutting member 13 up and down, the clamping posture of the planted seedling 5 is changed, and Fukada,
The planted seedlings 5 can be planted in an orderly manner regardless of the shallow field without causing lying seedlings or the like. That is, when the abutting member 13 is positioned at the lower position as shown in FIG. 6A, the clamping part 11a becomes shorter and the leaf and stem part of the planted seedling 5 that is clamped comes into contact with the abutment surface 13b and becomes larger. However, if the seedlings 5 are placed in a higher position as shown in FIG. 6B, the leaves and stems of the planted seedlings 5 will bend less. By the way, planted seedlings 5
has a property that the larger the deflection of the leaf stem, the greater the restoring force that tries to restore it to a straight line. The root part is moved away from the planter beak 11, and as a result, as shown in Fig. 6A.
As shown in FIG. 2, the greater the deflection of the leaf and stem portion, the more the root portion changes in the direction of the arrow. Therefore, the angle at which the planted seedling 5 is held by the planter beak 11 changes to become larger as the contact member 13 is located lower. You can show off.

Therefore, when the planter beak 11 is tilted forward so that the angle α of the planter beak 11 is large, as in the case of planting in Asada, the abutting member 13 is positioned lower as shown in FIG. If the clamping angle β of the planted seedlings 5 is increased to increase the amount of deflection of the leaf and stem portions, the immersion angle α can approximately match the clamping angle β, and the planted seedlings 5 can be planted substantially vertically. Can be done. On the other hand, when the planting angle α' of the planter beak 11 is small, as in the case of planting work in Fukada, the abutment member 13 is positioned at the upper position as shown in FIG. If ′ is made small,
The amount of deflection of the leaf and stem portions is reduced so that the retraction angle α' substantially matches the clamping angle β', and the planted seedlings 5 can be planted substantially vertically.

As described above, in the present invention, the amount of deflection of the leaf and stem portion of the planted seedling 5 is reduced by adjusting the vertical movement of the contact member 13 to change the contact position of the clamping portion on which the leaf and stem portion of the planted seedling 5 abuts and supports. Through this change, the holding posture of the planted seedlings 5 can be changed to a planting posture corresponding to Fukada and Asada. Therefore, the planted seedlings 5 are planted in a substantially constant planting posture regardless of the depth or shallowness of the field, and there is no occurrence of lying seedlings. The contact member 13 is an open holding portion 11a.
Since it is formed wider than the width of the holding part 11a and covers the upper surface of the holding part 11a, the leaves and stems of the planted seedlings held by the holding part 11a and in contact with the contact member 13 are 13 and the planter beak 11, and the planting posture will not be disturbed.

In the above embodiment, the planting rod 2 provided with the planter beak 11 was described, but the invention is not limited to this, and the planting rod 2 may be provided with 16 types of planting claws as shown in FIG. Of course, it is fine.

In summary, the present invention provides a rice transplanter that holds planted seedlings and plants them on the rice field through a planting claw having an open-ended clamping part that moves in a planting cycle. is provided with a contact member against which the leaves and stems of the held planted seedlings come into contact, the position of which can be freely adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the planting nail, and the contact member is wider than the open holding part. The holding position of the planted seedlings is as follows:
It is possible to transform the shape by changing the amount of deflection of the leaf stem part as the position of the contact member is adjusted.
As a result, it is possible to freely respond to changes in the angle at which the planting claws immerse into the field surface due to the depth and shallowness of the field by adjusting the holding posture of the planted seedlings,
Seedlings can be planted in a substantially constant planting posture regardless of the depth or depth of the field, and seedlings that lie down will not occur. Moreover, since the contact member is formed wider than the open holding part and covers the holding part, even if the planted seedlings held in the holding part come into contact with the contact member, the contact member It is possible to reliably prevent the leaf stem from getting caught in the gap between the seedling and the planting nail and disrupting the planting posture, so that seedling planting work can always be carried out in an orderly manner. .
