Recently, a method of transplanting field crops such as soybeans using a rice transplanter for paddy rice has been adopted, but since the form of seedlings of field crops such as soybeans and paddy rice is completely different, the conventional method commonly used is If you use a rice transplanter as is to plant soybeans, etc., there are inconveniences such as missing plants and damaging leaves, making it impossible to plant properly.

In other words, conventional rice transplanters have, for example,
As shown in the figure, in order to prevent the seedlings from slipping off and to prevent the seedlings from floating or shifting sideways due to sliding resistance with the apron rod fixed to the front end of the seedling platform A in the direction of seedling feeding, the seedling holder is tilted down from the top as shown in the figure. Many plants are equipped with a V-shaped seedling holding rod, but with this configuration, when transplanting seedlings such as soybean and vegetable seedlings with leaves that widely open from side to side, the leaves of adjacent seedlings do not overlap. When the seedlings are being fed vertically, the seedling presser rod becomes a hindrance, preventing smooth vertical feeding and causing plant breakage. This causes a lot of damage to the leaves, such as the leaves being picked off by the rods, and as a result, the growth of the seedlings after transplanting is severely inhibited, resulting in a decrease in yield.

装置を提供しようとするものである。
The present invention was developed based on the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to ensure smooth vertical feeding of seedlings even when seedlings of field crops such as soybeans and vegetables are being fed vertically. In addition to preventing the occurrence of missing plants due to defects, it also minimizes leaf damage that affects the growth and harvest of seedlings after transplanting, and also prevents deformation of the seedbed soil due to horizontal movement of the seedling platform. To provide a seedling holding guide device for a seedling group transplanter for soybeans, etc., which can reliably prevent misalignment and accurately scrape off each seedling one by one.

The structure of the present invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. 1 is a seedling stand, which is movable left and right with respect to a traveling machine (not shown), and has a height that is forward, low, and rearward in the direction of feeding out the seedlings. It is constructed in the shape of A planting rod 2 (see Fig. 7) that moves up and down while drawing a certain motion trajectory a is provided in front of the seedling platform 1 in the direction of feeding out the seedlings. Seedlings of soybeans, etc. placed on the ground are scraped off one by one and planted in the field.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a seedling holding guide, and this seedling holding guide 4 is made by bending a highly elastic linear member. One end side is fixed to the lower surface of the plate 3, and the free end side is attached to the seedling group b. The seedling holding guide 4 extends rearward along the upper surface of the seedbed section while bypassing the front edge of the bed soil, passing below the lower leaves of the seedlings. The front upper surface of the seedbed soil can be received.

Note that, in the illustrated example, the rear extending portion 4' of the seedling holding guide 4 extends rearward at a position below the cotyledons b' of the group b of soybean seedlings, close to and facing the upper surface of the seedbed section, and the rear end of the extending portion 4' Although a structure is shown in which the rear extending portion 4' is folded back further forward along the upper surface of the seedbed, as shown in FIG. It's okay.

Incidentally, a plurality of the seedling holding guides 4 are arranged over the entire width of the seedling platform 1 at appropriate intervals to allow the passage of the planting rods 2, and the planting rods 2 are always adjacent to each other during planting work. Seedlings are scraped off one by one by passing between the seedling holding guides 4, 4.

In the configuration as described above, when transplanting field crops such as soybean seedlings, the seedling holding guide 4 is positioned between each row of the soybean seedling group b that has been row-seeded and raised using a paddy rice seedling box. Load the seedlings onto the seedling stand 1.

As a result, the lower and front surfaces of the front end of the seedbed of seedling group b are supported by the seedling holding guides 4, 4..., and the upper surface of the front part of the seedling bed is similarly supported by the seedling holding guides 4, 4... At the same time, in this state, the seedling group b moves laterally integrally with the seedling platform 1 and the seedling holding guides 4, 4, etc., so that when the seedling platform 1 moves laterally, it is not subjected to any sliding resistance from the seedbed section. In addition, the seedling holding guides 4, 4, etc. always hold the front three sides of the seedbed while moving laterally, so compared to rice seedlings, the seedbed of soybeans, etc., has insufficient rooting and tends to collapse. Even in the worst conditions, the bed soil is fed horizontally in an orderly manner without collapsing or deforming, so each plant is reliably scraped off one by one.

By the way, after the seedlings are scraped off at the end of the horizontal movement of the seedling platform 1, an intermittent feeding mechanism (not shown) is activated to vertically feed the remaining seedlings, but the seedling holding guides 4, 4... It bypasses the front edge of the seedbed soil and extends backwards approximately parallel to the top surface of the seedbed, and the cotyledons
Since the seedling holding guides 4, 4... are arranged below b', the cotyledons b' and true leaves b'' do not come into contact with the seedling holding guides 4, 4... until the seedlings are scraped off. .

Further, even if the leaves of adjacent seedlings are entwined, there is sufficient space between the stem bases, so the stem bases will not come into contact with the seedling holding guides 4, 4, etc. (see Fig. 6). Therefore, when the seedlings are fed vertically, the inconvenience of cotyledons b', true leaves b'', and stems b hitting the seedling holding guides 4, 4, etc. and being torn off is not only reliably eliminated, but also the vertical feeding action is extremely smooth. Therefore, occurrence of missing plants due to poor vertical feeding and damage to leaves etc. caused by the seedling holding guides 4, 4, etc. can be greatly reduced.

In addition, after the seedlings are scraped off with planting rod 2,
If the seedlings are tilted in the beak 2', they can be corrected to a proper posture by the seedling holding guides 4, 4 during the process of being transported to the field, which is very convenient. Although the illustrated example shows a group of pine-shaped seedlings, a group of seedlings grown in pots may also be used.

As mentioned above, the present invention involves scraping off seedlings one by one from a group of seedlings placed on a seedling platform that is constructed so that it can move back and forth from side to side, using a planting rod that moves up and down in a fixed trajectory. In a seedling group transplanter for soybeans, etc. that is designed to be planted in a field, one end is fixed to the back side of the front end of the seedling stand in the direction of seedling feeding, and the free end is placed on the top surface of the seedbed with the free end bypassing the front edge of the seedbed soil. A plurality of seedling holding guides are disposed close to each other and positioned below the cotyledons of a group of seedlings of soybeans, etc., over the entire width of the seedling platform at appropriate intervals to allow passage of the planting rod, Since the seedling holding guide is configured to catch the lower surface of the front end of the seedbed, the front surface, and the upper surface of the front end of the seedbed, it is possible to prevent seedlings such as soybeans, vegetables, etc. from spreading widely from side to side and having insufficient rooting. The vertical feed of the seedlings can always be carried out smoothly and the occurrence of missing plants due to poor vertical feeding can be prevented, and the seedling holding guide is located below the cotyledons of the group of seedlings of soybeans, etc. The cotyledons and true leaves do not come into contact with the seedling holding guide until the seedlings are scraped off, which minimizes leaf damage that affects the growth and harvest of seedlings after transplanting. This has the effect of reliably preventing deformation and lateral displacement of the seedbed and allowing accurate scraping of each plant one by one.
