- １つの圧電基板に少なくとも２以上の振動部分
が形成され、各振動部分用の電極がそれぞれ独自
のリード部を介して共通電極に接続されてなる圧
電基板において、上記リード部の共通電極への接
続部とは反対側の端部を短絡させたことを特徴と
する圧電基板の電極構造。
