Claims (1)
- 圧電磁器素子の片面に全面極を設けると共にそ
の全面電極上に金属箔を接着し、上記圧電磁器素
子のもう一方の片面には、中央に駆動用電極とそ
の外側にリング状の廻し電極を設け、かつ上記全
面電極と上記電極と上記リング状の廻し電極とを
任意の箇所で電気的に導通させたことを特徴とす
る超音波霧化器用圧電振動子。
