ンシヤフトに回転自在に支持されたピニオンギヤ
と、このピニオンギヤに噛合する一対のサイドギ
ヤと、一方のサイドギヤと第１の出力軸との間に
設けられこれらサイドギヤ及び第１の出力軸と一
体に回転するカツプリングケースと、このカツプ
リングケースに対し相対回転自在に取付けられ両
者間に粘性流体を封入した密閉状の作動室を区画
形成するインナーハブと、このインナーハブと前
記カツプリングケースとに各別に係合し交互に配
置された一対の抵抗板と、前記他方のサイドギヤ
に取付けられた第２の出力軸と、前記インナーハ
ブとピニオンシヤフト又は第２の出力軸の連結を
選択的に切換えるクラツチとからなることを特徴
