スプロケツト９側面に形成されたシフトギヤ８を
前記リヤ側出力シヤフト５に同心軸に設け、該シ
フトギヤ６，７，８とモード切換レバー１０の操
作でモード切換ギヤ１１との４種の駆動モードの
