Claims (1)
- 商用電源で駆動されるブレーキ付き可逆インダ
クシヨンモータ７と、該モータ７の回転を減速す
る減速ギア９と、該減速ギア９の出力軸１０に連
動して該出力軸１０の位置を検出する位置検出器
３と、該位置検出器３からの信号と外部からの入
力信号との偏差の正または負の信号に応じて前記
可逆インダクシヨンモータ７を駆動させるための
正側リレーおよび負側リレー５，６を有したオン
、オフサーボ装置において、該サーボ装置の入力
回路に入力信号の上昇時または下降時のそれぞれ
に任意に速度設定可能な積分応答器１１を内蔵し
て前記出力軸１０の操作速度を任意に調節可能に
したことを特徴とする電動操作器。
