- 半導体ウエーハの研磨面側を定盤表面の研磨布
に圧接して研磨する研磨機における半導体ウエー
ハの保持具であつて、半導体ウエーハの非研磨面
側が当接するプレート表面に植毛を施したことを
特徴とするウエーハ保持具。
