Claims (1)
- シンクロハブの外周部に軸方向に摺動自在に嵌
合したスリーブのスプライン歯にばね力をもつて
係止され、シフト操作時に前記スリーブの移動に
伴なつて移動して、シンクロナイザーリングに押
付力を付勢するようにしたインサートスプリング
を備えた同期装置において、該インサートスプリ
ングが係止される前記スリーブのスプラインの軸
方向長さを２種類に設定し、前記スリーブの移動
に応じて、該スリーブのインデツクス状態からボ
ーク状態まで、及びシンクロナイザーリングすり
抜け状態からクラツチギヤと接触開始直前状態ま
での間は、前記シンクロナイザーリングへの押付
力が所定の押付力となり、その他の間は押付力が
小さくなるようにしたことを特徴とする変速機の
同期装置。
