ーク状態まで、及びシンクロナイザーリングすり
抜け状態からクラツチギヤと接触開始直前状態ま
での間は、前記シンクロナイザーリングへの押付
力が所定の押付力となり、その他の間は押付力が
小さくなるようにしたことを特徴とする変速機の
