に軸方向に移動自在にスプライン嵌合したカツプ
リングスリーブと、 該カツプリングスリーブと前記シンクロハブと
の間に介在され、スプレツドスプリング機構によ
る半径方向への押圧で前記カツプリングスリーブ
の内周溝に係合して中心方向及び軸方向に移動自
在なインサート部材と、 前記メインシヤフトに回転自在に軸挿された変
速ギアと前記シンクロハブとの間に介在されシフ
トフオークによる前記カツプリングスリーブの移
動時に前記インサート部材を介して変速ギアと一
体に形成したクラツチギアのコーン摺動面に摺接
する円錐摺動面を備えたボークリングとでなる同
期噛合装置において、 前記スプレツドスプリング機構を前記シンクロ
ハブとインサート部材との間に介在し、湾曲形状
を有し半径方向に押圧変形自在な板バネ部材と、
該板バネ材を前記シンクロハブに支持する支持部
