- 上面が開口した洗浄槽と、この洗浄槽の内部に
上下に設けられた食品収容用の上かご及び下かご
と、前記洗浄槽内の食器を洗浄する洗浄機構とを
具備するものであつて、前記上かごの底部を開閉
可能としたことを特徴とする食品洗浄機。
