Claims (1)
- 熱源により加熱される貯留容器と、この貯留容
器上にその内部と通水管及び膜状のフイルタを介
して連通するように配置された抽出容器とを備え
てなるサイホン式コーヒー抽出器において、前記
抽出容器側に前記フイルタの下方に位置して配置
され外周部にそのフイルタに対して露出する湯通
過部を有する湯拡散板と、この湯拡散板と前記抽
出容器内面との間に配置され前記貯留容器から前
記湯通過部を通つて前記抽出容器へ流れる湯を通
過させ且つ上記抽出容器から上記湯通過部を通つ
て上記貯留容器へ流れるコーヒー抽出液の通過を
阻止するパツキングとを設けたことを特徴とする
サイホン式コーヒー抽出器。
