Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 熱源により加熱される貯留容器と、この貯留
容器上にその内部と通水管及び膜状のフイルタを
介して連通するように配置された抽出容器とを備
えてなるサイホン式コーヒー抽出器において、前
記抽出容器側に前記フイルタの下方に位置して配
置された湯拡散板と、この湯拡散板と前記抽出容
器内面との間をシールするパツキングとを設け、
前記湯拡散板は、前記貯留容器から前記抽出容器
側への湯の流れに対してそれを許容し前記抽出容
器から前記貯留容器側へのコーヒー液の流れに対
してそれを阻止する逆止弁部を有することを特徴
とするサイホン式コーヒー抽出器。 ２ 逆止弁部は湯拡散板に複数存することを特徴
