Description

【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

[産業上の利用分野] 本発明は皮膚化粧料特にタンパク質及びタンニ
ンを含有する多孔質粉体を配合してなる皮膚化粧
料に関するものである。 [従来の技術] 従来皮膚化粧料例えばケーキ型フアンデーシヨ
ン等に多孔質粉末を配合したものは知られてお
り、またタンニンの収れん作用を利用してアスト
リンゼントローシヨン等に配合することも既に知
られている。 [発明が解決しようとする問題点] しかしながら、従来の単なる多孔質粉末を配合
したものは、汗を吸い取る効果はあるが、粉体が
肌の皮脂まで吸着してうばい取るため、秋口にな
ると肌がかさつく欠点があり、また皮脂分泌の弱
い人は夏でも肌が荒れ気味となりケーキなどの場
合、化粧後汗により色がくすむなどの欠点があつ
た。 またタンニンをそのまま配合したものは皮膚に
対して刺激性が強く、かつ皮膚のタンパク質と直
接結合するため肌が乾燥し易く、化粧くずれやス
ジ付きなどを超す問題点があつた。 [問題点を解決するための手段] 本発明はこのような従来の問題点を解決し、タ
ンニンの肌に対する刺激性や乾燥性をやわらげる
と共に適度の収れん効果を奏せしめ、多孔質粉末
に対しては、溌水性と保水性を付与し、付着性を
よくして肌荒れと化粧くずれを防止せしめるよう
にして両者の長所を共に生かすと同時に短所欠点
を解消せしめたものである。 すなわち本発明は、タンパク質を含浸もしくは
付着処理した多孔質粉体にタンニン酸水溶液又は
タンニン含有植物エキスを加えて撹拌処理し、こ
れを濃縮乾燥又は凍結乾燥して得られたタンパク
質―タンニン結合物を含有する多孔質の粉状体を
配合したことを特徴とする皮膚化粧料である。 本発明において、多孔質粉体としては各種の無
機質有機質の材料が使用でき特に好適な例として
は、シリカパウダー、結晶セルロース、アクリル
樹脂粉、シルクパウダー、コラーゲンパウダー等
があげられる。また多孔質粉体に含浸もしくは付
着させるタンパク質としては、各種の動物、植物
由来物質を使用することができ、例えばエラスチ
ン、ゼラチン、カゼイン、コラーゲン、レシチ
ン、シルクパウダー等が好適である。なお多孔質
粉体としてシルクパウダーやコラーゲンのような
それ自体タンパク質よりなる粉体或はタンパク質
を含有する粉体を有いる場合はタンパク質を含浸
もしくは付着させる処理は省略することができ
る。 非タンパク質の多孔質粉体に対してタンパク質
を含浸もしくは付着せしめる手段としては、通常
該多孔質粉体をタンパク質の水又は水―アルコー
ル混合溶媒中に加えて加温下に充分撹拌処理すれ
ばよく、引きつづきこの分散液に次のタンニン溶
液を加えて処理を行なえばよい。 この場合通常非タンパク質多孔質粉体5〜70部
(重量以下同じ)に対しタンパク質3〜50部を水
又は水―アルコール混合溶媒50〜100部の範囲で
溶解して使用するのが好ましく、またタンニン添
加処理におけるタンニン酸水溶液又はタンニン含
有植物エキスの使用量は通常1.0〜30部の範囲で
用いるのが好ましい。 このような処理により、多孔質粉体は、タンパ
ク質とタンニンの結合物が含浸又は付着されたも
のとなる。 なお、多孔質粉体としてそれ自体タンパク質で
あるシルクパウダー又はコラーゲンを用いる場合
は、タンニン含有液の添加処理により、表面又は
内部がタンニンと結合した多孔質タンパク質粉体
が得られる。 以下多孔質粉体の製造及び化粧料製造の実施例
をあげて説明する。 (1) 多孔質粉体の製造例1 (多孔質シリカパウダー)―(エラスチン)―
(タンニン酸)混合処理物の製造 多孔質シリカパウダー50gと10%エラスチン水
溶液45gとを混合撹拌し均一に分散させさらに5
%タンニン酸水溶液5gを加え、40℃に加温し十
分に混合撹拌した後減圧乾燥しさらに粗粉砕後減
圧乾燥して混合処理物53.0gを得た。 製造例 2 (多孔質シリカパウダー)―(エラスチン)―
(ハマメリス抽出液)混合処理物 多孔質シリカパウダー40gと10%エラスチン水
溶液40gとを混合撹拌し均一に分散させ、さらに
ハマメリス抽出液20gを加え40℃に加温し十分に
混合撹拌した後減圧乾燥しさらに粗粉砕後減圧乾
燥して混合処理物43gを得た。 製造例 3 (多孔質結晶セルロース)―(エラスチン)―
(ハマメリス抽出液)混合処理物 製造例―2のシリカパウダーを結晶セルロース
としたもの。 製造例 4 (多孔質シリカパウダー)―(ゼラチン)―
(ハマメリス抽出液)混合処理物 製造例―2のエラスチンをゼラチンとしたも
の。 製造例 5 (シルクパウダー)―(タンニン酸)混合処理
物 30%シルクパウダー水溶液90gに5%タンニン
酸水溶液10gを加え40℃に加温し十分混合撹拌し
た後減圧乾燥しさらに粗粉砕後減圧乾燥して混合
処理物25gを得た。 (2) 化粧料の実施例
