JP-A-54-18129 discloses a revetment wall in which fish nest blocks are placed below the lowest water level of a river, etc., and tree-planting blocks are placed above the highest water level.

Since the revetment wall according to the invention finely adjusts the slope and passage of the wall and uses a large number of blocks to form the retaining wall, it requires skill in masonry and requires a large amount of space behind the retaining wall. This method is uneconomical because it requires the installation of a shell, backfill concrete, and a stone layer.

Furthermore, since such tree planting and fish nest blocks are constructed in a staggered manner on the retaining wall surface,
It is difficult to cover the entire wall with greenery, and the increased speed of the water can cause fish and other animals to retreat downstream along with the mud on the riverbed, making it difficult to protect nature.

In an earth retaining wall formed by building blocks between the locking steps of pillar rods installed at intervals on a river bank, etc., the locking steps are located behind the earth retaining of the pillar rods. Both sides of the pillar are cut out in an L-shape, and the submerged part between the pillars is formed with a concave part for the habitat of fish, etc., and has a locking ridge that engages with the locking step. Fish nest blocks extending on both sides of the concave part are built, and a concave part with an open top for filling with soil is located between the columns above the water above the fish nest block. The above-mentioned problem is solved by providing an earth retaining wall in which a vegetation block is built in which has a locking protrusion that engages with the locking step and extends on both sides of a recessed part. .

As shown in FIG. 1, between the locking steps 2 and 2 of the pillar rods 1 and 1 located above the fish nest block 7, that is, above the water, the fish nest block 5 is rotated 180 degrees from the axis, and as shown in FIG.
Moreover, by building the opening diagonally upward on the waterway side and the through hole facing the back of the retaining wall, the fish nest block 5 can be used as a vegetation block, and the concave portion 5' can be constructed from the opening on the upper surface. This involves filling the walls with soil so that they are continuous with the soil on the back of the retaining wall, and planting plants in the filled soil. As shown in Fig. 2, the vegetation block is constructed by inverting the modified type of fish nest block 7 by 180 degrees and erecting it with its opening facing diagonally upward toward the waterway side, and in the concave portion thereof. You can also fill it with soil and create vegetation.

As described above, the present invention is to build a fish nest block between the locking step parts of the submerged part of a post rod, and to form a concave part in the wall surface for evacuation or habitat for fish etc. Since the concave portion is formed continuously in the flowing water direction and protrudes or recesses from the wall surface, the inside of the concave portion is blocked from the flowing water of the river, and the flow velocity becomes weak, creating an environment suitable for fishes to live. Therefore,
Unlike in the past, fish are not dispersed downstream by rapid currents, and this has the effect of conserving the river ecosystem.

Further, above the fish nest block, a vegetation block having a concave part with an opening on the top surface for filling with soil can be continuously provided, and plants filled with soil can be planted in the concave part of the vegetation block. As a result, the gray color of the concrete blocks can be hidden and the entire surface of the earth retaining wall can be covered with greenery, resulting in an effect that further contributes to environmental conservation.

Furthermore, the earth retaining wall is constructed by engaging the locking ridges of the fish nest and vegetation block with the locking steps provided behind the earth retaining wall of the pillar rod, so that the earth pressure behind the earth retaining wall will not be applied. As a result, fish nests and vegetation blocks are not pushed out to the river side, and the locking steps and locking ridges come into close contact with each other due to earth pressure, creating a solid structure. Since it can be built one after another without making minor adjustments, construction is easy and quick.

1. In an earth retaining wall formed by building blocks between the locking steps of pillar rods installed at intervals on a river bank, etc., the locking steps are the earth retaining walls of the pillar rods. Both sides of the rear side are cut out in an L-shape, and the submerged part between the pillars is formed with a concave part for fish and the like to live in, and a locking protrusion that engages with the locking step. A fish nest block is constructed by extending on both sides of the concave part, and a concave shape with an open top for filling with soil is built between the columns above the water located above the fish nest block. What is claimed is: 1. An earth retaining wall characterized in that a vegetation block is built into the concave part and has a locking protrusion that engages with the locking step and extending on both sides of the recessed part.
