Description

どの吸収物品、とくにその裏層シート構造の改良

中心が合致しないように位置関係を与え、該各凸
部の周辺の各凹部において該表層シートと該裏層
シートとを一体に接合してあることを特徴とする

処理によつて賦与した凹凸部１０ａ，１０ｂ群を
有する裏層シート７の該各凹部（第２図示の状
態）において接着剤、熱溶着手段などにより一体
に接合し、その接合面積Ａと非接合面積Ｂの比率
Ａ／Ｂは好ましくは9.0〜1.0である。表裏層シー
ト６，７には開孔８，９群を設け、各開孔８，９
は各凸部１０ａの域内にあつてそれらの中心が合
致しない位置関係を与えてあり、各開孔８，９の
大きさは好ましくは0.001〜３mm、さらに好まし
くは1μ〜100μ、それらの開孔中心位置の間隔は
好ましくは0.05〜２mmである。各凹凸部１０ａ，
１０ｂの大きさは好ましくは0.01〜１cm2、それら
の１cm2当りの個数は好ましくは１〜100個、それ
らの中心位置の間隔は好ましくは0.05〜２mm、そ
れらの見掛けの高さは好ましくは0.5〜16mmであ
る。各凹凸部１０ａ，１０ｂの平面形は丸形、角

の態様を示してあり、かかる態様の場合の前記好
ましい数値条件は、各凸部１０ｂに相当する凸部

のように設けてあるから、それらを従来吸収物品
の裏面シートの開孔に比較して大きく形成するこ
とが可能であり、そのため通気性も良好になり、
また裏面シート１は前述のように複層構造で空間
を有するから、クツシヨン性に富み手触りも良好
になる。さらに裏面シート１は表裏層６，７とを
部分的ながらも一体的に接合して構成してあるか
ら、強度も増大するなど優れた幾多の効果が得ら
