Abstract
The utility model relates to a sanitary article with better water absorption performance, wherein a water guide layer and a waterproof layer are respectively arranged at the inner side and the outer side of a water absorption layer; at least one side edge of the water guide layer extends inwards to the bottom of the water absorption layer and then is folded outwards and is connected with the waterproof layer. The side edges are symmetrically distributed to facilitate the full expansion of the high polymer water absorption material and reduce the pressure on the expansion surface. The structure ensures that the pressure borne by the expansion surface is smaller when the high molecular water-absorbing material absorbs water and expands, and is beneficial to the full water absorption of the high molecular water-absorbing material. Through test comparison, compared with the prior art, the hygienic product adopting the structure can improve the water absorption performance by 65-85% under the condition of adopting the high polymer water absorption materials with the same type and the same weight.
Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of hygienic products, in particular to a hygienic product with better water absorption performance.
Background
The first prior art is as follows: the existing disposable sanitary products generally contain high molecular water-absorbing materials so as to realize high-performance water absorption. The disadvantages are that: when the high-molecular water-absorbing material is used, the high-molecular water-absorbing material is often wrapped in a smaller space, and meanwhile, larger pressure exists on the expansion surface of the high-molecular water-absorbing material, so that the high-molecular water-absorbing material is difficult to expand, and the water absorption effect is poor.
The second prior art is: a sanitary article is provided with at least one folded layer on a hydrophilic layer and/or a water-repellent layer. The folding layer is positioned on the outer side of the hydrophilic layer or the waterproof layer and is formed by being turned outwards or inwards for one time. The folding layer is arranged on the expansion surface when the sanitary product absorbs water and expands, and the folding layer has larger pressing force when the water absorbing material expands, so that the expansion is limited, and the full water absorption and the saturated water absorption are further influenced.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model aims to solve the technical problem of providing a better health supplies of hydroscopicity ability that can promote the water absorption capacity of polymer water-absorbing material by a wide margin when simple structure, use.
In order to solve the problems, the utility model provides a sanitary article with better water absorption performance, which comprises a water absorption layer, wherein the inner side and the outer side of the water absorption layer are respectively provided with a water guide layer and a waterproof layer; at least one side edge of the water guide layer extends inwards to the bottom of the water absorption layer and then is folded outwards and is connected with the waterproof layer.
Preferably, the side edges are symmetrically distributed to facilitate the full expansion of the high polymer water-absorbing material and reduce the pressure on the expansion surface.
The scheme is further preferably that the side edges are provided with two pairs which are distributed in a central symmetry manner, so that the polymer water-absorbing material can be fully expanded, and the pressure on the expansion surface can be further reduced.
The sanitary article is a diaper, a sanitary pants, a breast pad, a sanitary towel, a diaper mattress or a water absorption towel.
Preferably, the water-absorbing layer comprises a plurality of layers of non-woven fabrics and/or dust-free paper, or a laminated material consisting of the non-woven fabrics and the dust-free paper; granular or fibrous high polymer water-absorbing materials are uniformly distributed in the laminated material; the laminate material is embossed using an embossing roller and then spot welded using an ultrasonic welding device to uniformly distribute a plurality of weld points on the laminate material. A plurality of welding points which are uniformly distributed play a limiting role so as to avoid displacement when the high polymer water absorption material absorbs water to expand, and the product is favorable for expanding according to the required shape and direction.
Preferably, the waterproof layer is made of PE, or a layer of melt-blown non-woven fabric is made of a water-repellent non-woven fabric or PE, or a layer of water-repellent or water-repellent non-woven fabric is compounded on the upper side and the lower side of the layer of melt-blown non-woven fabric.
The technical effects of the utility model: (1) the utility model discloses a hygienic product, the at least side of the water guide layer of adoption inwards extends into after the bottom on layer absorbs water, outside inflection and with the waterproof layer joint, when this structure makes the polymer absorbent material water swelling, the pressure that the inflation face receives is less, does benefit to the polymer absorbent material and fully absorbs water. Compared with the prior art, the hygienic product adopting the structure has the advantages that compared with the prior art I, the water absorption performance is improved by 65-85% under the condition that the high polymer water absorption materials of the same type and the same weight are adopted; compared with the prior art two, under the condition that adopts the polymer water-absorbing material of the same type, the same weight, the water absorption performance promotes 20-30%, (2) the structure on layer that absorbs water does benefit to the layer that absorbs water and tailors according to the size requirement after making the large tracts of land to reduce the scattering of graininess polymer water-absorbing material when tailorring. When the fibrous high molecular water-absorbing material is adopted, the waste of the water-absorbing material can be avoided.
