Detailed Description
The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is provided for the purpose of illustration and description, and is in no way intended to limit the invention.
A preparation method of a composite absorption core layer of a pet urinal pad comprises the following steps:
s10, setting the layer structure of the composite absorbent core layer into a composite structure of at least two layers according to the absorption characteristics of the absorbent fibers, wherein the average pore diameter of each layer of material from top to bottom is gradually reduced, and the disorder degree is gradually improved;
s20, selecting fiber materials of each layer structure according to the structure setting in the step S10;
s30, adopting a net forming process to carry out net forming treatment on the fiber materials of each layer structure;
and S40, adopting a composite process to combine each layer structure into a whole according to the structure set in the step S10, and finally forming the composite absorbent core layer.
As one embodiment of the present invention, in step S10, the layer structure of the composite absorbent core layer is set to three layers.
As an embodiment of the present invention, in the layer structure of the composite absorbent core layer, a first layer structure is selected from a mixture of ES fibers and viscose fibers, a second layer structure is selected from a mixture of SAF fibers and viscose fibers, and a third layer structure is also selected from a mixture of SAF fibers and viscose fibers.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the content of the SAF fibers in the second layer structure is greater than the content of the SAF fibers in the second layer structure.
As an embodiment of the present invention, when forming the first layer structure, the ES fibers and the viscose fibers are laid by parallel carding under a constant speed hot air working condition to form the first layer structure of the composite absorbent core layer.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when forming the second layer structure, the SAF fibers and the viscose fibers are first carded in parallel, then the SAF fibers and the viscose fibers are cross-folded and lapped, and after lapping is completed, the second layer structure is formed by needle punching.
As an embodiment of the present invention, when forming the third layer structure, the SAF fibers and the viscose fibers are air-laid, and after the air-laying is completed, the third layer structure is formed by needle punching.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the second layer structure and the third layer structure are integrated by a needle punching process, and then the integrated second layer structure, third layer structure and first layer structure are further integrated by an ultrasonic wave composite process, thereby manufacturing the composite absorbent core layer.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the fiber assembly will generate capillary water absorption, i.e. wicking. The direction of capillary water absorption in the textile material always flows from the holes with large diameter to the holes with small diameter; meanwhile, the liquid is always transferred from low pores to high pores, namely, the liquid preferentially flows to the pores formed by the fibers with good hydrophilicity, and the two points are the direction and the selectivity of wicking.
According to the basic principle of fiber aggregate wicking, a multilayer gradient structure composite absorption core layer with gradually reduced pore diameter from top to bottom, gradually enhanced hydrophilicity and gradually improved disorder degree is designed to improve the liquid absorption rate and the anti-rewet performance of the paper diaper and simultaneously enable liquid to be uniformly diffused in the paper diaper.
The layer structure of the first layer needs to play a role in balancing the longitudinal diffusion and vertical permeation of liquid in the diaper and resisting the back permeation, so that the absorption core layer is fully utilized, and conditions are created for carrying out multiple liquid absorption subsequently. The second layer and the third layer mainly take the functions of liquid absorption and retention, and the fiber composition of the second layer and the third layer is SAF and viscose fiber. The first layer of material in the composite absorption core layer is prepared by adopting parallel carding web formation and hot air reinforcement technology. The obtained structure with the fibers arranged in parallel in the first layer of material can guide liquid to diffuse along the longitudinal direction of the material, and the fluffy structure can slow down the penetration speed of the liquid in the vertical direction of the material and enhance the anti-rewet capacity.
The invention provides a preparation method of a composite absorption core layer of a pet urinal pad, which is characterized in that the absorption core layer of the pet urinal pad is prepared by adopting a process of a composite layer structure, so that the continuous absorption capacity of the absorption core layer can be effectively improved.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments or portions thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
