The present invention relates to a correction fluid, and more specifically, to a correction fluid that enables rewriting of a paint film on a repaired area using a fountain pen, felt-tip pen, etc. using water-based ink, and also provides a paint film that has excellent drying properties for rewritten handwriting. This is related to the correction fluid. Conventionally, areas that have been corrected with oil-based correction fluid are hydrophobic, so when rewriting with a fountain pen, felt-tip pen, etc. that uses water-based ink, the water-based ink is repelled, making it difficult or possible to rewrite. However, there was a problem that the handwriting did not dry properly. The present inventors have finally completed the present invention as a result of studying various substances to be added to oil-based correction fluid in order to improve the above-mentioned points. and a resin soluble in an organic solvent, a copolymer of dimethylsiloxane and ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide, or a copolymer of dimethylsiloxane and methylpropylsiloxane added with ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide. The gist is a correction fluid characterized by the addition of a silicone block copolymer. In the present invention, a silicone block copolymer is used which is a copolymer of dimethylsiloxane and ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide or a copolymer of dimethylsiloxane and methylpropylsiloxane added with ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide. It is not clear why, by doing so, when writing with water-based ink on the paint film of the corrected area, it is possible to write again without repelling the water-based ink, and the re-written handwriting dries well. Silicone is a hydrophobic substance of silicone block copolymer which is a copolymer of dimethylsiloxane and ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide or a copolymer of dimethylsiloxane and methylpropylsiloxane added with ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide. It stands out on the paint film surface and lowers the surface tension, making it easier for the ink to adhere to the paint film. The hydrophilic part prevents the ink from repelling, and also improves the penetration of the ink into the paint film, making it easier for handwriting to dry. It seems that it will be. The composition of the present invention will be explained below. The white pigment is used to hide handwriting, and various types of titanium oxide such as rutile type and anatase type can be used, and commercially available ones include:
Taitone SR-1, Taipei R-650, Taipei R-3L, Taipei R-310, A-110, A-150, Taipei R-5N (manufactured by Sakai Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) Taipeku R-580, Same R

(manufactured by Ishihara Sangyo Co., Ltd.), Kronos KR-310, KR-
380, KR-480, KA-10, KA-20, same
Examples include KA-30 (manufactured by Titan Kogyo Co., Ltd.), and in consideration of other components, the amount used is preferably 20 to 50% by weight based on the total amount of the correction fluid. Organic solvents are used for dissolving resins, adjusting viscosity, etc., and include hydrocarbons such as toluene, xylene, n-heptane, n-octane, cyclohexane, and methylcyclohexane, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, and tetrachloroethane. Halogenated hydrocarbons such as chlorethylene, ethers such as 1,4-dioxane, n-butyl ether, trioxane, ketones such as ethyl methyl ketone and methyl-n-propyl ketone, esters such as propyl formate and ethyl acetate, etc. Considering the drying time of the paint film in the corrected area, it is preferable to use one with a boiling point of 70°C to 150°C, and it can be used alone or in combination, and the amount used is 30 to 150°C based on the total amount of correction liquid. 60% by weight is preferred. Note that if a paraffinic hydrocarbon such as n-heptane or n-octane or a naphthenic hydrocarbon such as cyclohexane or methylcyclohexane is used as an organic solvent, it is possible to correct handwriting made with oil-based ink. Examples of resins soluble in organic solvents include acrylic resins, alkyd resins, vinyl resins, and polyester resins, which can be used alone or in combination, and the amount used is based on the total amount of repair solution. 5 to 20% by weight is preferred. The silicone block copolymer that is the gist of the present invention is a copolymer of dimethylsiloxane and ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide, or a copolymer of dimethylsiloxane and methylpropylsiloxane added with ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide. It is represented by the following general formula, and as a commercially available general formula (1), L-720 (m: 5 ~
10, a: 15-25, b: 10-20), L-722 (m: 2
~8, a: 0, b: 15-25), as general formula (2),
L-7600 (m: 3-8, n: 5-10, a: 5-10,
b: 0), L-7602 (m: 15-25, n: 2-8,
a: 5~10, b: 0), L-7604 (m: 10~15,
n: 3-8, a: 5-10, b: 0), L7001 (m:
60-90, n: 15-25, a: 15-25, b: 20-30),
L-7002 (m: 15-25, n: 15-25, a: 15-25,
b: 10 to 20) (manufactured by Nippon Unicar Co., Ltd.), and the amount used is O.1 based on the total amount of correction fluid.
If the amount is less than 3% by weight, there may be no effect, and if more than 3% by weight is added, no further effect can be expected, so 0.1 to 3% by weight is preferable. (R in both general formulas 1 and 2 is hydrogen or an alkyl group) In addition to the above ingredients, coloring pigments are added to match the color tone with the writing surface such as paper, and silica and calcium carbonate are added to improve hiding power. extender pigments such as
Dispersants and anti-settling agents are used to stabilize the dispersion of pigments.
A thickener may be added to adjust the viscosity, a plasticizer may be added to adjust the hardness of the coating film, and a flow improver or leveling agent may be added in small amounts to improve coating performance. The correction fluid of the present invention is produced by mixing the above components in a ball mill,
It can be obtained by dispersing and mixing using a stirring disperser such as an attritor or a sand glider. The thus obtained coating film at the location corrected with the correction fluid of the present invention can be rewritten with water-based ink, and the rewritten handwriting dries well. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples, where "parts" in the Examples indicate "parts by weight." Example 1 Kronos KR-380 (manufactured by Titan Kogyo Co., Ltd., rutile type titanium) 60 parts xylene 100 parts Paraloid B-66 (manufactured by Rohm & Haas Co., Ltd., acrylic resin) 15 parts E-7500 (manufactured by Nippon Unicar Co., Ltd.) , silicone block copolymer) 1 part Mizukasil P-801 (manufactured by Mizusawa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., silica) 2 parts Each of the above components was dispersed in a ball mill for 24 hours to obtain a correction liquid.
