(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a variable cross-section, variable shrinkage mixed fiber yarn made of synthetic fiber multifilament yarn that provides a fabric with silk-like luster and texture. (Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, by modifying the cross-sectional shape of synthetic fibers, the luster and sliminess characteristic of synthetic fibers are removed, giving silk-like luster and texture to synthetic fiber fabrics. Various attempts have been made to do so. For example, yarns with irregular cross-sections, such as those with triangular cross-sections or star-like protrusions, have been put into practical use as they provide luster and a slimy feel that cannot be obtained with conventional synthetic fibers. Since the cross section of the fiber has convex portions and concave portions of approximately the same shape alternately in the circumferential direction, the convex portions of other fibers enter the concave portions of the fibers, and the so-called filling effect tends to occur, where the fibers come into close contact with each other. Therefore, the movement of fibers in the yarn or fabric is restricted.
The drawback was that it lacked a sense of fullness. Recently, C-shaped cross-section yarns have been proposed in order to remove the metallic luster and slimy feel of triangular cross-section yarns and give fabrics a silk-like, silky, dry feel. Although this fiber improves the metallic luster and slimy feel of the triangular cross-section yarn, the movement of the fiber in the yarn or fabric is restricted due to the filling action, similar to fibers with a star-like cross section. Therefore, the drawback of lack of fullness remains unresolved, and although it can provide a certain degree of dryness, it does not have a silky feel. Furthermore, in order to give a fluffy feel to fabrics made of fibers with triangular or star-shaped cross sections,
Different shrinkage mixed fiber yarns made by mixing fibers with different heat shrinkage rates have been proposed, but although the fluffiness of fabrics using such fibers is somewhat improved, a filling effect occurs between the fibers, making it difficult to scouring, etc. During post-processing, the expression of differential shrinkage was likely to be inhibited, and therefore the fabric had insufficient fluffiness. (Objective of the Invention) The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a fabric with a silky luster, a fluffy feel, a dry feeling, and a silky feel. To provide a variable cross-section, differential shrinkage mixed fiber yarn which can give a texture rich in silk and which is similar to silk, has good bundling properties and improves weaving and weaving properties. (Structure of the Invention) The present invention achieves the above object, and the gist thereof is as follows. A synthetic fiber multifilament yarn containing a mixture of high-shrinkage filaments and low-shrinkage filaments, each single filament having a mushroom-shaped cross section consisting of a triangular umbrella and a trunk, and having the following formula (): A mixed fiber yarn with irregular cross-section and different shrinkage, characterized by satisfying (). 0.6H 1 ≦H 2 … () K 1 ≧2K 2 … () However, H 1 : Length between the top of the umbrella and the bottom of the umbrella from which the trunk protrudes H 2 : Between the top and bottom of the trunk Length K 1 : Maximum width of the umbrella part K 2 : Width of the protruding base of the trunk The mixed fiber yarn of the present invention is made of synthetic fiber filaments in which a plurality of high-shrinkage filaments and low-shrinkage filaments are mixed. The cross section of each of the shrinkable and low shrinkage single filaments is mushroom-shaped, with a substantially rectangular trunk 2 protruding from the substantially center of the bottom side 3 of the triangular umbrella portion 1, as shown in FIGS. ing. In addition, the length and width of the umbrella part 1 and the trunk part 2 are the formulas () and () shown above.
I am satisfied. As described above, the mixed fiber yarn of the present invention has both high-shrinkage and low-shrinkage single filaments formed of an umbrella portion with a triangular cross section and a trunk portion with a substantially rectangular cross section. Because the trunks are asymmetrical and have different shapes, it is difficult to cause the so-called filling effect, in which the convex portions of other fibers enter the concave portions of the fibers and the fibers come into close contact with each other, as in the case of triangular or stellate cross-section fibers. Since the length H 2 is more than 0.6 times the length H 1 of the umbrella portion, the protrusion of the trunk further enhances the effect of preventing filling action. Therefore, voids are likely to be formed between each single filament in the yarn or fabric. Furthermore, since this mixed fiber yarn contains high-shrinkage filaments and low-shrinkage filaments, the difference in shrinkage between the two filaments causes the low-shrinkage filaments to shrink during relaxing heat treatment such as scouring after being made into a fabric. However, as mentioned above, since voids are likely to be formed between single filaments in the yarn or fabric, the shrinkage difference between both filaments is effectively expressed without being hindered by the filling action between the fibers, resulting in a puffy feeling. It can be made into a fabric with a rich silk-like texture. In this way, the mixed fiber yarn of the present invention has a cross section of each single filament formed by an umbrella part and a trunk part, and has the above formula ().
By satisfying the following, filling action between single filaments is prevented, and high-shrinkage filaments and low-shrinkage filaments are mixed to give the fabric a silk-like fluffy feel. The bottom sides of the umbrella parts of other single filaments are caught as appropriate, and therefore, while maintaining the voids of the single filaments, appropriate cohesiveness can be imparted to the threads, and the weaving and weaving properties are improved. On the other hand, if the length H 2 of the trunk is less than 0.6 times the length H 1 of the umbrella part, the umbrella part will enter the trunk of another single filament when the yarn is bundled, and the voids between the single filaments will be reduced. This results in a decrease in the fullness of the fabric when it is made into a fabric. In addition, if the length of the trunk becomes extremely short, the bending stress of the yarn will decrease, the fabric will lose its elasticity, and sagging will occur.
H 2 and the length H 1 of the umbrella part need to satisfy the above formula (). As mentioned above, the mixed fiber yarn of the present invention has a mushroom shape in which the cross section of the filament is composed of a triangular umbrella part and a trunk. Since 1 is more than twice the width of the trunk K2 , each vertex of the cap and the trunk protrude from the surface of the yarn, and therefore the surface of the fabric using this mixed yarn has unevenness due to the cap and the trunk. exists. Therefore, when you touch this fabric, your fingertips are pleasantly stimulated by the protrusions of the single filament, and the contact area of your fingertips is also reduced, so it feels silky and smooth, not only dry but also smooth. It has a rich silk-like texture. In addition, by making the maximum width K 1 of the umbrella part more than twice the width K 2 of the trunk, the light rays reflected by the umbrella part and the light rays reflected by the trunk partially cancel each other out, creating a silk-like soft luster. In addition, the voids between the single filaments described above are increased, and the fluffy feeling when made into a fabric can be improved. On the other hand, the maximum width of the umbrella part K 1 is the width of the trunk part K 2
If the thickness is less than twice that, the cross-sectional shape of the single filament becomes flat, and when it is made into a cloth, the unevenness of the surface disappears and the slimy feeling increases, and the light reflectivity of the umbrella part and the trunk become close, Since the luster becomes metallic-like with a glare, the maximum width K1 of the umbrella part and the width K2 of the trunk part need to satisfy the above formula (). However, it is not necessary to increase the length of the trunk or the maximum width of the umbrella part without limit. That is, if it is made larger than necessary, the area of the discharge hole will inevitably become larger when spinning the yarn, which has the disadvantage that troubles such as yarn breakage are likely to occur during spinning. Therefore, the length of the cadre
H 2 is within twice the length H 1 of the umbrella part, more preferably within 1.5 times, and the maximum width K 1 of the umbrella part is the width of the trunk.
It is best to keep it within 6 times of K2 , more preferably about 2 to 4 times. Synthetic fibers that can be used in the blended yarn of the present invention include polyester, polyamide, polyacrylonitrile, etc., but in order to obtain the silk-like luster and feel that is the objective of the present invention, polyester fibers with excellent physical properties are used. It is preferable to use fibers, and in order to make the low-shrinkage filaments stand out on the surface of the fabric by relaxing heat treatment after making the fabric, and to further improve the fluffiness, it is necessary to combine high-shrinkage filaments and low-shrinkage filaments. 5% difference in boiling water shrinkage of
It is particularly preferable to set the content to 8% or more. In addition, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the mushroom shape in the present invention is one that rapidly tapers from the cap to form a trunk, and the base of the cap is preferably straight, but there is a slight It may be bulged or curved. Further, the cross-sectional shape may be either left-right symmetrical as shown in FIG. 1 or left-right asymmetrical as shown in FIG. 2, for example. On the other hand, the cross-sectional shape shown in the schematic diagram in Figure 3 can also be said to be mushroom-shaped, but since the shape of the cap is semicircular and the trunk is short, filling action between the single filaments is likely to occur, resulting in a fabric with a puffy feel. Moreover, since the portion from the cap to the trunk gradually becomes thinner, the effect of unevenness on the surface of the fabric due to the presence of the cap and trunk is extremely small, and the fabric exhibits a slimy feel and metallic luster, which is undesirable. In addition, in the mixed fiber yarn of the present invention, in order to suppress the filling effect between the single filaments, it is preferable that all the single filaments have the same shape to some extent, but this is not limited to this, and in particular, If it is desired to provide variety in the texture and feel, it is possible to make an appropriate difference within the range of the above formulas () and (). In order to obtain filaments of irregular cross-section for the mixed fiber yarn of the present invention, melt spinning may be performed using a spinneret having a discharge hole shaped as shown in FIG. 4, for example.
In addition, in order to mix high-shrinkage filaments and low-shrinkage filaments, two types of multifilament yarns with the desired heat shrinkage rate can be created by changing the spinning conditions, drawing conditions, heat treatment conditions, etc. of the same material fibers. A method of doubling multifilament yarns, a method of doubling multifilament yarns with different polymer types and different heat shrinkage rates,
Alternatively, a method may be used in which different types of polymers are simultaneously spun from different discharge holes of the same spinneret, and even if the material is not twisted, it may be twisted to the extent that it does not interfere with shrinkage. (Example) Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to Examples. Examples 1 to 2, Comparative Examples 1 to 2 One spinneret had a 48 mm diameter as shown in Figure 4.
Polyethylene terephthalate with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.65 was melt-spun at 290°C using four types of spinnerets with two groups of 24 holes each.
Two undrawn yarns were separately wound at a winding speed of 1200 m/min to obtain two undrawn yarns of 112.5d/24f. Next, the two undrawn yarns were supplied to the same drawing weight and drawn. The stretching was performed at a stretching ratio of 3.0 and a stretching temperature of 75°C, using a stretching machine with two heat treatment zones as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 39-24317, with one hot plate heated to 190°C and the other hot plate heated to 190°C. After drawing at room temperature, the yarns were combined and wound into a 75d/48f differential shrinkage mixed yarn. The obtained yarn contained a mixture of single filaments having the cross sections shown in Figures 1 and 2, and the boiling water shrinkage rate of the high shrinkage filament was 13.5%, and the boiling water shrinkage rate of the low shrinkage filament was 5.7%. Ta. The obtained differentially contracted fiber yarn was woven into a plain weave with a warp density of 86 threads/2.54 cm and a weft density of 85 threads/2.54 cm as warp and weft threads, followed by relaxation scouring, presetting, dyeing, and final setting. Table 1 shows the evaluation results for each yarn and fabric obtained.

[Table] As is clear from Table 1, the yarns of Examples 1 and 2 of the present invention have a thick yarn diameter and are swollen.
It also has good weavability, and fabrics made using this thread have a soft silky luster, and a texture similar to that of wild silkworms, with a fluffy, dry, and silky feel. Ta. On the other hand, the yarns of Comparative Examples 1 and 2 had less fullness than those of Examples 1 and 2, and the woven fabrics had a metallic luster and lacked a dry and crisp feel. (Effects of the Invention) Since the mixed fiber yarn of the present invention is composed of filaments with a mushroom-shaped irregular cross section consisting of a triangular umbrella portion and a trunk, a filling effect in which the filaments come into close contact with each other is unlikely to occur, and the yarn Alternatively, since voids are likely to be formed in the fabric and filaments with different shrinkage rates are mixed, heat treatment can give the fabric a silk-like fluffy feel. Further, the mixed fiber yarn of the present invention exhibits a silk-like soft luster because the light rays reflected from the umbrella portion of the filament and the light rays reflected from the trunk partially cancel each other out. Furthermore, the blended fiber yarn of the present invention has appropriate cohesiveness and good weaving and weaving properties, and the apex and trunk of the filament umbrella protrude from the yarn surface, giving it a silk-like dry feel. It has a smooth texture.
