To this bracket 3, a support plate 4 to which the tread 1 and riser 2 are attached is bolted. has been done. Reference numeral 5 indicates a crosspiece formed on the upper surface of the treadle 1, and 6 a crosspiece formed on the surface of the riser 2. The treadle 1 is bolted to the upper surface of the support plate 4 in the valley between the crosspieces, and the riser 2 The crosspiece 6 is aligned with the crosspieces on the surface of the tread plate 1, the upper end is brought into contact with the end surface of the tread plate 1, and the lower end is bolted to the lower end of the front surface of the support plate 4.

However, the conventional steps described above are assembled by attaching the tread 1 to the support plate 4 attached to the bracket 3 and further attaching the riser 2 to the support plate 4. The tread plate 1 and the riser 2 must be aligned so that the crosspieces 6 of the step plate 1 are aligned with the crosspieces of the tread plate 1. Therefore, it is very troublesome to install the riser 2, and the conventional steps Since the step board 1 and riser 2 are die-cast aluminum products, they are quite heavy and require a lot of effort to attach, making the step assembly work difficult.

Reference numeral 12 denotes a support plate made of a steel plate that is attached to the brackets 11 on both sides and spanned between the brackets on both sides. As shown in FIG. It has a riser attachment part 12b bent downward from one end of the footplate attachment part 12a, and at both ends of the footplate attachment part 12a and the lower end of the riser attachment part 12b,
It is attached to the bracket 11 with bolts 13,13. In addition, in FIG. 7, 14 is a bracket mounting hole. On the other hand, in FIGS. 2 to 4, reference numeral 15 denotes a plurality of outer plates attached to the outer surface of the support plate 12 in the width direction, and the outer plates 15 are as shown in FIGS. It is an integrally molded product made of hard synthetic resin, in which a tread portion 16 having a width obtained by dividing the step width into multiple parts and a riser portion 17 are integrally molded, and the upper surface of the tread portion 16 is provided with a required number of crosspieces 1.
8 and 18 are formed in the front-rear direction, and vertical crosspieces 19 and 19 are formed on the surface of the riser part 17.
It is formed so as to correspond to the space between the bars 18, 18 of the footboard portion 16 and to be shifted by half a pitch from the bars 18, 18 formed in the above. As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of outer panels 15 are attached to the support plate 12 in a row in the width direction, thereby forming a step. The outer plate 15 is attached to the support plate 12 by bolting, and the tread portion 16 of the outer plate 15 is attached to the fourth support plate 12.
As shown in the figure, the bolt 2 inserted into the mounting hole 20 (see Figure 6) provided between the crosspieces in the center of the width direction.
Step plate mounting hole 22 (7th hole) provided in support plate 12
The riser part 17 is fixed to the support plate 12 by inserting it into the support plate 12 and tightening it with a nut 23 from the back side of the support plate 12.
Riser part mounting hole 2 provided in support plate 12 via 4
5 (see FIG. 7) with bolts 25 as shown in FIG. In addition, the outer plate 15
Positioning protrusions 26, 26 are integrally provided on the back surfaces of the tread portion 16 and riser portion 17, respectively, at the center in the width direction, and furthermore, the support plate 12 has respective outer plates 15, 15 protrusions 26,2
Holes 27, 27 into which the projections 26, 26 are fitted are formed corresponding to the six positions as shown in FIG. These positioning protrusions 26, 26 and holes 27, 27 are used to connect the outer plates 15, 1 to the support plate 12.
The holes 27, 27 are provided to facilitate alignment of the outer plates 15, 15 in the width direction when attaching the support plate 1.
The hole has a long hole shape in a direction perpendicular to the width direction of the hole 2, and the hole width is such that the positioning projection 26 fits almost tightly therein.

Unlike conventional steps, there is no need to align the tread and riser during assembly, and there is no need to align the outer panels 15, 15 when the plural outer panels 15, 15 are lined up in the width direction and attached to the support plate 12. This can be easily done by inserting the positioning protrusions 26, 26 of each outer plate 15, 15 into the holes 27, 27 of the support plate 12, and the outer plate 15 is made of synthetic resin. In addition, since the width is the width obtained by dividing the step width into multiple parts, even if the tread portion 16 and the riser portion 17 are integrally formed, this outer plate 15
Since the weight can be reduced significantly, the steps and labor required for assembling the steps can be reduced and the steps can be assembled easily and with good workability. Moreover, this step
Since a plurality of outer plates 15, 15, each of which is formed by integrally forming a tread part 16 and a riser part 17 each having a width obtained by dividing the step width into a plurality of parts, are arranged in the width direction and attached to the support plate 12, the treads and risers of the step can be easily Even if a part is damaged, there is no need to replace the entire tread and riser.
The steps can be repaired simply by replacing the damaged portion of the outer panel 15.

Since the escalator steps of the present invention have the above-described configuration, there is no need to align the treads and risers when assembling the steps, and furthermore,
When a plurality of outer panels are lined up in the width direction and attached to the support plate, the alignment of each outer panel can be easily performed by inserting the positioning protrusion of each outer panel into the hole of the support plate. At the same time, reducing the weight of the treads and risers can reduce assembly labor, making it easy to assemble the steps with good workability, and even if a part of the treads or risers of the steps are damaged. The step can be repaired by simply replacing the damaged part of the outer panel without replacing the entire tread and riser.
