Description

The present invention relates to a mounting member for a panel mounted on a building frame.

The most common method for attaching exterior wall panels to the walls of a building is to attach the panels to the structural members (vertical/horizontal members) provided on the building frame using fasteners such as screws. is.
However, in the above method, the weight of the panel body must be borne by the fasteners. At the same time, there was a problem that the panel had to be held in place until the panel fixing work was completed.
As a method for overcoming the above difficulties, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-127927 (hereinafter referred to as Patent Document 1) discloses that a horizontal member provided in a building frame is attached to a vertical member extending in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal member. An outer wall panel fixed building and a construction method of the building are disclosed, characterized in that a convex guide rail is provided, and a hanger is provided at the upper end of the mounting panel to be hooked on the convex guide rail. In the method of Patent Document 1, after the hangers are hooked on the guide rails of the horizontal member, the vertical position of the panel is fixed by the hangers. As a result, the operator is freed from supporting the panel and can slide the panel horizontally along the guide rail of the horizontal member. For this reason, it was suitable for attaching multiple panels in the horizontal direction of the building frame. In Patent Document 1, as a specific method for fixing the panel to the horizontal member after positioning the panel in the horizontal direction, a method is proposed in which the hanger supporting the panel and the upright plate are fixed by bolts passing through in the horizontal direction. (Claim 4, Paragraphs [0015], [0051], and [0052] of the same publication).

However, the method of attaching the panel to the horizontal member disclosed in Patent Document 1, that is,
In the method of fixing through holes in the hangers and horizontal members (upright plate) that support the panels in advance and bolts passing through both, the following problems occur when many panels are installed in the horizontal direction of the building frame. was found to occur easily.
That is, in the mounting method described above, if there is a misalignment (error) in the positions of the through holes in both the hanger and the horizontal member (upright plate portion), the bolt will not pass through. This problem becomes even more pronounced as the number of panels increases because errors in through-hole position accumulate.

Therefore, the present inventors have made intensive studies to develop a "panel mounting member" capable of efficiently mounting a panel without being affected by misalignment (error) of the through holes of the members to be fixed to each other.
As a result, the panel mounting portion is composed of the hanger material and the horizontal member each made of an aluminum extrusion, and the hanger material and the horizontal member are engaged with each other so that the hanger material and the horizontal member can slide relative to each other. The present inventors have found that the above problems can be solved by providing a portion and providing grooves of a specific structure on the top surface and bottom surface of the horizontal member, and have completed the present invention.

The panel mounting member of the present invention will now be described in detail.
The panel mounting member of the present invention comprises a horizontal member fastened to the bracket in the lateral direction of the building frame and a hanger material fastened to the panel.

Both the horizontal member and the hanger member are formed from an extruded product of an aluminum-based material (hereinafter abbreviated as aluminum-based extruded product). Here, the term "aluminum-based material" is meant to include not only aluminum but also aluminum alloys containing aluminum as a main component. By adopting aluminum extrusions, the horizontal members and hanger members have both light weight and mechanical strength (especially rigidity), as well as the high degree of dimensional accuracy required for panel mounting.
In the present invention, since both the horizontal member and the hanger member are extruded products, their properties and functions are largely characterized by the cross-sectional shape in the extrusion direction (lateral direction).
Hereinafter, the "horizontal member" and "hanger member" that constitute the "panel mounting member" of the present invention will be described based on their cross-sectional shapes.

<横架材>
<Horizontal material>
The horizontal member is formed of an aluminum-based hollow extruded product having a substantially rectangular cross section when viewed from the side. Here, the horizontal member has a generally rectangular outer shape on the top surface, the bottom surface, and both side surfaces. Therefore, the term "substantially rectangular" was used.
In the present invention, the horizontal member extends in the width direction of the side surface and in the length direction of the horizontal member, i) the engaging portion for the hanger member, ii) the first concave groove, and iii. ) with a second concave groove. The reason for providing the anti-hanger material engaging portion, the first concave groove, and the second concave groove in this order and the effect thereof will be described later.
The hanger material engaging portion engages with a "horizontal member engaging portion" provided on the hanger material, which will be described later.
The anti-hanger member engaging portion is composed of a rib projecting from the top surface of the horizontal member and/or a groove recessed inward from the top surface.
The first concave groove is an upward groove that is vertically recessed from the top surface of the horizontal member to the inside of the main body of the horizontal member. It is an opening downward groove recessed inside the timber body. Further, the first concave groove has a pair of lateral grooves (first lateral grooves) facing each other and recessed in the width direction of the horizontal member on the way to the deepest part. Similarly, the second concave groove also has a pair of lateral grooves (second lateral grooves) facing each other and recessed in the width direction of the horizontal member on the way to the deepest part. The lateral grooves form a pair of left and right nut mounting surfaces on which nuts used as fasteners are mounted.
The first concave groove is involved in fastening with the hanger material, and the second concave groove is involved in fastening with the bracket.

<Hanger material>
The hanger material is formed of an aluminum-based extruded product.
More specifically, the hanger material comprises vertical plate portions for contacting the panels and horizontal plate portions for contacting the transverse members which intersect vertically at each edge. Further, the hanger material has a horizontal member engagement portion that engages in correspondence with the hanger member engagement portion provided on the horizontal member. By engaging the anti-hanger material engaging portion and the anti-horizontal member engaging portion, the hanger material can slide in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal member.
The horizontal plate portion has at least one through hole (hereinafter referred to as a horizontal plate portion through hole) in the vertical direction of the cross section. The hanger material and the horizontal member are fastened by a bolt that passes from the horizontal plate through the horizontal plate through-hole to the first concave groove on the top surface of the horizontal member, and a nut that is arranged in the first horizontal groove. be done.

<パネル>
<Panel>
The structure of the panel attached by the panel attachment member of the present invention is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of lightness, strength, and dimensional accuracy, it is preferably an aluminum-based extrusion (including hollow extrusion) panel.
Further, by providing convex engaging portions and concave engaging portions at the side ends of the panels according to a conventional method, the panels can be attached without creating a gap between the panels.

In the panel mounting member of the present invention, when fixing the hanger material and the horizontal member, the horizontal plate portion of the hanger member is provided with a through hole (horizontal plate portion through hole), and the top surface side of the horizontal member is provided with a through hole. Instead of the hole, a recessed groove having a pair of left and right lateral grooves was provided. By adopting a method of fastening with a bolt extending from the through-hole of the horizontal plate portion to the recessed groove and a nut arranged in the lateral groove of the recessed groove, the problem of misalignment between the through-holes is essentially solved.
In addition, if the bolts and nuts are loosely tightened so that they do not come off, the panel can be slid to the desired position along the horizontal member. A large number of panels can be efficiently mounted because the panels to which the hanger material has been attached are sequentially placed on the horizontal member one by one and can be horizontally slid to a predetermined position along the horizontal member. can be done.
In addition, since the horizontal member has a second concave groove on its bottom surface that has the same structure as the first concave groove on the top surface, the horizontal member and the existing bracket can be connected with bolts and nuts. Even when fastening, there is no problem of misalignment between the through holes. For the same reason as described above, if the bolts and nuts are loosely tightened, the horizontal member can be slid in the horizontal direction of the bracket, so that mutual positioning can be easily performed.
As described above, according to the panel mounting member of the present invention, a series of steps from attaching the horizontal member to the bracket, to attaching the hanger member to the panel, to attaching the panel to the horizontal member via the hanger member. The process is much simpler than the conventional method.

Hereinafter, the panel attachment member of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
A panel mounting member 1 of the present invention consists of a horizontal member 2 fixed to a bracket 7 extending outside the building frame and a hanger member 3 mounted and fastened on the top surface 2a (Figs. 1 and 2). ). In the actual hanger installation work, the hanger material 3 is attached and fixed to the panel with the predetermined fasteners 4 in advance, and the horizontal material 2 is attached to the bracket 7 with bolts 7a and nuts 7b (Figs. 2 and 8). .

The horizontal member 2 is made of an aluminum-based hollow extruded product. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the horizontal member 2 has a substantially rectangular shape in a side view by its top surface 2a, bottom surface 2b and both side surfaces. More specifically, the horizontal member 2 has a hanger member engaging portion 21, a first concave groove 22, and a second Two concave grooves 23 are each formed along the longitudinal direction (yy' direction in FIG. 4) of the cross member 2 (FIGS. 4 and 5).

The anti-hanger member engaging portion 21 is formed of a rib projecting from the top surface 2a of the horizontal member 2 or a groove recessed from the top surface 2a of the horizontal member 2 toward the inner side of the horizontal member main body. In the present invention, it is more preferable that these ribs or grooves are arranged in two or more rows, because the stability of the hanger material 3 described below when placed on the horizontal member 2 is increased. FIG. 5 shows an aspect in which the anti-hanger member engaging portion 21 is formed by a row of grooves recessed inside the horizontal member main body from the top surface 2a. The hanger member engaging portion 21 is provided above or near the panel side surface 2c of the horizontal member 2 so as not to prevent the hanger member 3 from sliding on the top surface 2a ( Figure 5).

Next, the horizontal member 2 is provided with a first recessed groove 22 which is a groove extending vertically from the top surface 2a toward the inside of the main body of the horizontal member (FIGS. 3, 4 and 5). The first concave groove 22 is formed with a pair of left and right first lateral grooves 22b facing each other and recessed in the horizontal member width direction (x-x') halfway to the deepest part of the groove. A pair of left and right first ribs 22a are formed on the top surface near the first concave groove 22 by forming the first lateral groove 22b. The lower surface defining the first lateral groove 22b constitutes a pair of left and right first nut mounting surfaces 22f (FIG. 5).
As will be described later, the provision of the first concave groove 22 in the horizontal member 2 allows the horizontal member 2 and the hanger member 3 to be easily fastened together with bolts and nuts.

The horizontal member 2 is further provided with a second concave groove 23 which is a downwardly opening groove recessed inside the main body of the horizontal member from the bottom surface 2b (FIGS. 3, 4 and 5). Similarly to the first concave groove 22, the second concave groove 23 is also recessed in the horizontal member width direction (x-x') on the way to the deepest part of the groove, and has a pair of left and right second grooves facing each other. are formed with lateral grooves 23b. A pair of left and right second ribs 23a are formed in the vicinity of the second concave groove 23 on the bottom surface 2b by forming the second lateral groove 23b. The lower surface defining the second lateral groove 23b constitutes a pair of left and right second nut mounting surfaces 23f (FIG. 5).
As will be described later, the provision of the second concave groove 23 on the horizontal member 2 allows the horizontal member 2 and the bracket 7 to be easily fastened together with bolts and nuts.
The horizontal members are generally provided vertically in two stages on one panel, but may be provided in multiple stages as necessary.

The hanger material 3 (FIGS. 6 and 7) is made of an aluminum-based extruded product.
More specifically, the hanger member 3 comprises a vertical plate portion 32 for contacting the panel and a horizontal plate portion 31 for contacting the cross member, which intersect vertically at each edge (FIGS. 6 and 7). . Further, the hanger material 3 is engaged with the anti-hanger material engaging portion 21 provided in the horizontal member 2, thereby allowing the hanger material 3 to slide in the longitudinal direction (yy' direction) of the horizontal member 2. It is provided with a horizontal member engaging portion 33 (Figs. 6 and 7). The horizontal member engaging portion 33 is formed of a row of ribs sandwiching the hanger member engaging portion 21 included in the horizontal member 2, so that the hanger member 3 placed on the horizontal member 2 is displaced. Falling is prevented and is preferable (Figs. 6 and 7).
The horizontal plate portion 31 has at least one horizontal plate portion through hole 34 in the vertical direction of the cross section (FIGS. 6 and 7). As a matter of course, when the hanger member 3 and the horizontal member 2 are engaged, the center line Lc3 of the horizontal plate portion through-hole 34 is aligned with the center line Lc1 of the first concave groove 22 of the horizontal member 2. designed (Figs. 3, 7).
The horizontal plate portion through-hole 34 is generally a circular hole, but may be an elongated hole elongated in the hanger member length direction (y-y') if necessary. The advantage of using long holes will be described later in <Installation procedure>.

The dimensions of the horizontal member 2 are appropriately adjusted according to the panel weight and panel dimensions, but the width (dimension in the x-x' direction) is preferably in the range of 10 to 40 cm. Also, the height (dimension in the z-z' direction) is preferably 0.5 to 0.8 times the width. The length (dimensions in the y-y' direction) can be selected as appropriate within a range that does not interfere with delivery to the site. It is generally in the range of 5 to 30 m, but is not restricted to this range. Also, the cross-sectional thickness of each portion of the horizontal member 2 is generally in the range of 2 to 10 mm, but is not limited to this range.
On the other hand, the hanger material 3 has a width (x-x' direction) of 0.5 to 1.0 times the width of the horizontal member 2 and a height (z-z' direction) of 8 to 15 cm. Although the range is preferred, it is not constrained to this range. The length (dimension in the yy' direction) is preferably in the range of 5 to 15 cm, but is not limited to this range.

In addition, in order to reduce the frictional force during sliding movement, the end 21a of the hanger material engaging portion and the end 33a of the horizontal member engaging portion are formed into a convex circular arc or a convex elliptical arc in side sectional view. (Figs. 5 and 7).

By applying an anodized film treatment or an anodized paint composite film treatment to the horizontal member 2 and the hanger member 3 made of extruded aluminum material, the coefficient of friction is expected to decrease and the panel can be slid smoothly. The inventors have found an additional effect.

<Installation procedure>
The panel 5 is attached by the panel attachment member 1 of the present invention according to the following procedure (Figs. 2, 8 and 9).
b) The hanger material 3 is fastened to the desired position of the panel 5 with the fastener 4 in a mode in which the horizontal plate portion 31 is kept horizontal. A known fastener such as a bolt/nut can be used for the fastener 4 (FIG. 9).
b) On the other hand, the horizontal members 2 are attached and fixed to brackets 7 protruding from the building skeleton 6 . Specifically, the bolt 7a from below the through hole (not shown) of the bracket horizontal plate 71 and the nut 7b mounted on the second nut mounting surface 23f (FIG. 5) hold the second rib 23a. (Figs. 5 and 8). Since the nut 7b can be slid to any position on the second nut mounting surface 23f, the alignment with the bolt 7a can be performed very easily.
c) Next, the hanger material 3 to which the panel has been fastened is placed on the horizontal member 2 fixed to the bracket 7, and the engagement portion of the hanger material 3 (the engagement portion 33 for the horizontal member) and the horizontal member 2 are engaged. It is mounted so that the joining portion (anti-hanger material engaging portion 21) engages with each other.
d) Slide the panel 5 horizontally to a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction (y-y') of the horizontal member.
e) Next, the bolts 4a and nuts 4b are tightly tightened to fix the hanger member 3 and the horizontal member 2 (Figs. 2, 3, 8). At this time, the nut 4b must be located on the first nut mounting surface 22f in the longitudinal direction (y-y') of the horizontal member exactly at a position where it merges with the bolt 4a. Since the nut 4b can be slid on the first nut mounting surface 22f by a tracing rod-shaped jig, the alignment can be easily performed.
Incidentally, if the horizontal plate portion through-hole 34 is an elongated hole, the above alignment becomes easier.
F) Repeat steps C) to E) to install multiple panels in order.

Here, the first concave groove 22 and the second concave groove 23 are arranged in the width direction (direction toward x from x') from the panel-side side surface 2c of the horizontal member 2, the first concave groove 22, and then the , second concave groove 23 (FIGS. 3 and 5). In FIG. 3, the distance D1 between the perpendicular line Lp passing through the fulcrum P and the center line Lc1 of the first concave groove 22, and the distance between the perpendicular line Lp passing through the fulcrum P and the center line Lc2 of the second concave groove 23 D2 is always greater than the distance D2 (Fig. 3). As a result, the load applied to the bolts 7a and nuts 7b that support the weight of the panel is reduced by the principle of leverage, and the horizontal member 2 can support the panel 5 more stably.

It should be noted that another method of the above procedure (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "another mounting method") can also be adopted (Figs. 3 and 10).
i.e.
b) The hanger material 3 is fixed to the desired position of the panel 5 with the fastener 4 in such a manner that the horizontal plate portion 31 is kept horizontal.
b) On the other hand, the horizontal members 2 are attached and fixed to brackets 7 protruding from the building skeleton 6 .
c) The bolt 4a is passed through the horizontal plate portion through-hole 34 from above, and the bolt 4a is temporarily tightened with a nut 4b from below the horizontal plate portion through-hole 34. At this time, the gap between the bolt 4a and the nut 4b is adjusted so that the thickness of the horizontal plate portion 31 and the first rib 22a stacked therebetween is substantially accommodated.
d) Next, the hanger material 3 is moved vertically (z-z') and horizontally so that the horizontal plate portion 31 and the nut 4b sandwich the first rib 22a and the nut 4b fits in the first lateral groove 22b. Determine the position in the material width direction (x-x'). Next, the hanger member 3 is horizontally slid from the horizontal direction of the horizontal member 2 and placed on the horizontal member 2 . At this time, the nut 4b may be a hexagonal nut that easily fits smoothly in the first lateral groove 22b.
e) Move the panel 5 to a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal member (y-y') (At this time, the nut 4b and the bolt 4a are temporarily tightened, so that they do not come off and the hanger member 3 follow).
f) After moving the panel 5 to the desired position, the bolts 4a and nuts 4b are firmly tightened to fix the hanger member 3 and the horizontal member 2.
G) Repeat steps C) to F) to install multiple panels in order.
According to this "separate mounting method", the risk of the panel dropping when the hanger member 3 is placed on the horizontal member 2 and when the panel is slid after that is almost eliminated.

The panel mounting member of the present invention can be used for exterior wall finishing of general buildings as well as civil engineering structures.
