Conventionally, the most popular two-tier, three-row parking facility is the one shown in FIG. That is, this parking facility has two upper and lower parking spaces 1 and 2 arranged in three rows on the left, center, and right, and the lower parking space 2 has entrances and exits 3 for each row, and two lateral parking spaces. Pallets 4 are arranged, and elevating pallets 5 are arranged in each row in the upper parking space 1. Therefore, in addition to the elevating drive source 6 for the elevating pallet 5, this parking facility requires wheels 7, a transverse rail 8, a transverse drive source 9, a power supply cable therefor, etc. as components attached to the transverse pallet 4. ,
The structure is complex and the equipment cost is high. Furthermore, since the control device that controls the entire parking facility also requires interlocking between the lifting drive source 6 and the traversing drive source 9, the number of electrical components such as limit switches, contacts, and relays increases and becomes expensive.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention has been developed by providing one elevating pallet in the central parking row so that it can be raised and lowered, and connecting each of the left and right parking rows with multiple links forming parallel links at appropriate vertical intervals. A pallet unit body consisting of an upper pallet and a lower pallet is provided so as to be movable up and down, guided members are provided on the end faces of the upper pallet and the lower pallet, and in order to engage and guide the guided members, the upper part moves up and down in the left and right parking rows. A guide member is provided which is shaped so that the lower part is curved toward the center and extends in the horizontal direction.
By raising and retracting the elevating pallet and then lowering the pallet unit body, the lower pallet is moved laterally and retracted below the lower parking space of the central parking row along the horizontal part of the guide member, The present invention aims to provide a two-stage, three-row parking facility with a simple structure and reduced equipment costs by reducing the number of parking spaces.

Suppose now that the vehicle W loaded on the upper pallet 23 of the left pallet unit body 21 is to be taken out of the standby state. By pressing a push button (not shown) corresponding to the desired upper pallet 23 on a control panel (not shown) provided near the entrance/exit 16, the following sequential operations occur. First, the motor 33 of the lifting mechanism 20
is driven, and the lifting pallet 19 moves into the upper parking space 11.
It will rise to the specified position. At the same time as the motor 33 starts driving, the safety lock device 4 of the central parking row 14 is activated.
Solenoid No. 3 is energized to retract the rod 43a, and at the same time as the lifting pallet 19 stops rising, the solenoid is deenergized and the rod 43a projects directly below the lifting pallet 19. Now, center parking row 14
The lower parking space 12 becomes an empty space. Next, the motor 33 of the elevating mechanism 26 is driven, and the left pallet unit body 21 begins to descend. At the beginning of this downward movement, the guide roller 48b engages with the left curved portion 47c, so the four links 25 are tilted in a diamond shape in the left-right direction, and the lower pallet 24 gradually moves horizontally to the right from vertically downward. Transition. After the guide roller 48b engages with the horizontal portion 47e, it completely moves horizontally to the right and moves toward the center parking row 1.
4, the entry surface of the upper pallet 23 becomes flush with the ground floor 17, and the above-mentioned lowering operation stops (the state shown in FIG. 5). Of course, in this case as well, the safety lock device 43 of the left parking row 13 retracts the rod 43a by energizing the solenoid while the motor 33 is being driven. In this state, the driver gets into the vehicle W and rides out of the entrance/exit 16 from the upper pallet 23. Thereafter, the driver himself or the manager operates a return button (not shown) provided on the control panel to move the left pallet unit body 21 and the lifting pallet 19 to the predetermined position shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 by operating in reverse order. Return to standby state.

In addition to the guide member 47 in the above embodiment, the left and right curved portions 47c, 47 of the guide member 47
d and the horizontal portion 47e are provided opposite the front wall of the pit 18, and a guide roller is added to the center of the front surface of each lower pallet 23 so that the guide rollers can be used when the left and right pallet unit bodies 21 and 22 are lowered. If the guide rollers are engaged with the auxiliary guide members, the left and right pallet unit bodies 21,
22's lateral guidance becomes even better.

As detailed above, when using the parking equipment of the present invention, the left and right pallet unit bodies connect the upper pallet and the lower pallet by a link forming a horizontal link, and when descending, the left and right pallet units connect the upper pallet and the lower pallet with a guide pivotally supported on each upper and lower pallet. By engaging the roller with a guide member formed so that the upper part extends vertically and the lower part curves toward the center and extends horizontally, the lower pallet gradually shifts from vertical descent to horizontal movement, which is different from the conventional method. As such, there is no need to specially provide a traversing pallet and a traversing drive source, and the overall structure of the equipment is simple and inexpensive. Moreover, the upper pallet can be raised and lowered and the lower pallet can be traversed using a single drive source for the left and right pallet units. It can be carried out simultaneously, no special interlock is required, and it has great effects such as shortening the time required for entering and exiting the warehouse.
