DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Glass bottles and semi-rigid plastic blow bottles have conventionally been used as containers for medical solutions such as infusions. However, because these bottles are highly rigid, when injecting the contents, the inside of the bottle becomes negative pressure and cannot be infused. You need to use a set. However, since the use of air needles takes in outside air, there is a high risk of bacterial contamination. Therefore, in recent years, soft bags that do not require the use of air needles have come to be used as containers for drug solutions.

Soft bag containers have less risk of bacterial contamination, but because they lack rigidity, handling during infusion is inferior to glass bottles, blow bottles, etc. For example, when setting up an infusion set, with a glass bottle or blow bottle, the needle can be inserted into the rubber stopper at the top of the bottle, which can be done with one hand, but with a bag container, it must be done carefully with both hands. There is. There are many requests for containers made of plastic bags that are easy to handle, but they have not yet been put to practical use.

On the other hand, the method of filling and sealing the infusion container with the drug solution is as follows.
Regarding bags, there are methods such as using a bag with a dedicated filling port or tube and heat sealing it after filling the drug solution, or filling it through a filling port similar to glass bottles or plastic bottles, and plugging it with a rubber stopper. There is a method of embedding, heat sealing and sealing with the same material as the filling port material and using that part as an infusion port.

In the former case, the bag is provided in a sealed state when filling.
No special parts are required for filling and sealing, but setting up the infusion set requires the use of both hands. On the other hand, in the latter case, since the bag is supplied in an open state during filling, there is a high risk of contamination, and furthermore, a rubber stopper sealing material is required after filling, making it difficult to automate the filling of chemicals.

The present invention has an infusion opening that allows easy setting of the infusion set with one hand during use, and also allows the bag to be supplied in a completely sealed state until the time of filling, and special parts are not required at the time of filling. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drug solution container that is not required and can be easily automated. That is, the present invention is a flexible drug solution container, in which a tube having a filling port is joined to the bottom, and a stable flat plate is provided in the middle of the tube on the opposite side facing the infusion port protruding from the tube. This bag-shaped drug solution container has a plate, and the infusion port is sealed with a rubber stopper or the like.

An example of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a container of the present invention. FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the structure of the lower part of the container. 1 is a bag-shaped container of the present invention, and 2 is a tube. The bag 1 can be made by stacking two flexible plastic sheets and heat-sealing the four sides including the tube 2, or by sealing the top and bottom of a cylindrical plastic sheet.

The material of the bag may be a single flexible plastic such as soft vinyl chloride, EVA, polyethylene, or polypropylene, or a composite sheet thereof. The tube 2 is joined to the bag 1 by a method such as heat welding, and may be made of the same material as the bag material or any material that can be joined by heat welding or the like. The tube 2 has a protruding infusion port 3 in its middle portion. The infusion port 3 is sealed with a rubber stopper, etc., and the sealing method is as shown in Figure 2, by attaching a flange 4 to the end face of the infusion port and fitting it with a rubber stopper 5 having a protrusion on the inner surface. There is a sealing method in which a rubber stopper 5 is embedded as shown in FIG.

The rubber stopper sealed in the infusion port may be in contact with liquid, but in order to prevent elution from the rubber stopper, a thin film 6 made of the same material as the tube is provided on the liquid contact side of the rubber stopper, integrated with the tube. If we can do that, we can provide better products. A stabilizing plate 7 having a flat bottom is attached to the portion of the tube facing the infusion port. The stabilizing plate 7 has a structure that allows the bag 1 containing the liquid contents to be placed stably on the stand when placed horizontally, and that the infusion set does not fall over when inserted into the rubber stopper 5 of the infusion port. is necessary. Furthermore, the stabilizer plate is designed to prevent a so-called spike needle, which is a metal needle or plastic needle with a metal needle attached to the tip of a plastic needle used as an infusion set needle, from penetrating into the opening. For example, if it is a soft material,
It is necessary to have sufficient wall thickness, and in some cases, it is possible to use a hard material that can be closely attached to the tube by heat welding or the like.

The distance from the inside of the thin film or rubber stopper of the infusion port to the inside of the stabilizing plate only needs to be longer than the distance from the tip of the needle of the infusion set to the needle hole, and if the tube diameter is smaller than that length, it will be stable. It may even break through the board.

An example of how to use the bag-shaped chemical liquid container of the present invention will be described. A bag 1 whose tube tip is hermetically sealed in advance is introduced into a filling machine. When introducing the tube into the chuck of the filling machine, the tube is inserted into the filling nozzle by cutting the sealed portion at the tip of the tube and using the infusion port 3 and the opposing bottom as guides. After filling, the filling opening of the tube portion of the container is resealed by heat sealing or the like. In the case of resealing, it is desirable to seal the area near the infusion port so that there is less residual liquid during infusion. During infusion, place the bag on a flat surface with the infusion port facing up, and insert the infusion needle into the rubber stopper of the infusion port, but it can be inserted with one hand because it is stabilized by the flat plate-shaped stabilizing plate at the bottom. It is. The needle can be a metal needle, a plastic needle, or a plastic spike needle with a metal spike at the tip, and since the bottom part is especially thick, there is no fear that the needle will break through. As mentioned above, the drug solution container of the present invention is supplied in a sealed state until filling, so there is no bacterial contamination.
It is possible to provide a drug solution container that is easy to fill and reseal, and allows the infusion set to be set with one hand during infusion, and is easy to use for manufacturers and users.
