2. Description of the Related Art Some antibiotics and blood products are used by dissolving in a physiological saline solution, distilled water, glucose solution or the like immediately before intravenous injection to a patient. At this time, the container containing the drug and the container containing the dissolving solution must be aseptically communicated to perform the dissolution, which involves a complicated operation. Various proposals have been made to solve this problem, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-36261 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-1277.
Discloses a container combining a medicine container and a solution container.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to introduce the dissolving solution into the drug container in the drug container disclosed in JP-A-36216, the rubber stopper of the drug container is pierced with a piercing needle, and then the breaking member inside the dissolving solution container is manually moved. A complicated operation for bending is required.

The infusion container disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-1277 is capable of dissolving a drug without error by controlling the order of communication. However, since the infusion container rotates the cap portion of the outer container housing the drug container to move the inner drug container, it is not possible to maintain a completely hermetically sealed state until the dissolution operation is completed, and aseptic. It is hard to say that intravenous drip is performed by operation. In addition, since two rubber stoppers of the medicine container and the dissolution container are pierced by the double-edged needle, coring is easily generated.

Further, Japanese Patent Publication No. Hei 2-36216 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No.
Both of the two types of containers disclosed in US Pat.
Since the medicine container cannot be easily taken out of the medicine container storage container, when the medicine container is a glass bottle, plastic and glass cannot be separately discarded, and there is a problem in industrial waste treatment.

The present inventors have made various studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, aseptic and simple operations in a hermetically sealed state have been carried out to transfer a powdery or liquid drug into a physiological solution. The present invention has been completed by finding a container form which can be dissolved in a solution such as saline solution, distilled water, glucose solution and the like, and which can be discarded separately after use after disposal.

In FIG. 1, a dissolving solution storage container (1) is a container for dissolving a solution and is formed of a soft material such as a flexible vinyl chloride resin, a polyolefin resin or an ethylene vinyl acetate polymer. It is. A drug container storage container (3) is connected to an upper portion of the solution storage container, and a drug solution outlet (10) is provided at a lower portion. The medicine container storage container (3) is formed of a polyolefin resin, and has a flexible bellows part (4) that partially shrinks and deforms, a cap (5) to which the medicine container is fixed, a safety cover (16), and It consists of a suspension (6). The flexible bellows portion (4) has a strength that does not shrink unless a constant pressure is applied from the outside, and controls the communication operation together with the safety cover (16). In addition, as a means for isolating the solution, the solution storage container (1) has a seal width of 1 mm to which inner layers are adhered to each other so that the inner layers can be peeled off when a certain pressure or more is applied.
A 10 mm seal (9) is provided.

As shown in FIG. 2, a rubber stopper (13) having a hole for inserting a piercing needle (11) at the center shown in FIG. Thus, liquid leakage after communicating with the medicine container is prevented. A flange is formed at the mouth (8), and a flange formed at the lower end of the medicine container storage container (3) is fitted into and bonded to the flange. The piercing needle (11) may be made of metal such as stainless steel or resin,
In the case of resin, it is preferably made of a hard resin because it is formed into a structure integrated with a rubber stopper as shown in FIG. As the resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene,
Polypropylene, polyethylene, hard vinyl chloride resin,
Polycarbonate and the like can be used, but hard vinyl chloride resin and polycarbonate can be preferably used from the viewpoint of breaking characteristics and moldability. The piercing needle is fixed to a rubber stopper (13), and then fitted to and coupled to a mouth (8) on the upper part of the solution storage container (1). Further, the cap (5) located above the medicine container storage container (3) and the flexible bellows part (4) are adhered at the joint part (7) by a seal band (15). The seal band (15) is peelably adhered, and the cap (5) and the flexible bellows (4) can be separated when the seal band (15) is peeled off. Therefore, after the medicine is intravenously injected, the medicine container (2)
Can be easily extracted from the medicine container storage container (3), and when the medicine container (2) is a glass bottle, plastic and glass can be separated and discarded.

As shown in FIG. 3, the medicine container (2) is a glass or synthetic resin vial filled with a powdered antibiotic, and has a mouth fitted with a pierceable rubber stopper. The vial is fixed to the cap (5) on the upper part of the medicine container storage container (3), and is stored in the medicine container storage container. In order to fix the vial, the cap (5) has a structure in which a projection shown in FIG. 7 is provided inside and the vial is fitted. A stopper (14) is provided inside the lower part of the medicine container storage container (3) to prevent the medicine container (2) from coming off due to vibration or the like after being pierced by the piercing needle (11). The cap (5) and the mouth (8) of the solution storage container (1) are provided with a detachable safety cover to prevent malfunction of the medicine container storage container (3) during the distribution process.
(16) is provided.

Next, a method for using the medical container of the present invention will be described. First, after removing the safety cover (16), the medicine container storage container (3) is pushed into the solution storage container (1) storing the solution. As shown in FIG. 4, the piercing needle (11) pierces the rubber stopper (12) at the mouth of the medicine container (2) by the above operation. Subsequently, pressure such as grasping the solution storage container (1) with a hand is applied to peel off the partition wall of the seal portion (9). The medicine container (2) by the above two simple operations
And the solution storage container (1). After the communication, the solution is introduced into the medicine container with the solution storage container (1) facing upward to dissolve the medicine. After the drug is completely dissolved, the solution is returned into the solution storage container, the suspension (6) at the upper part of the cap (5) is hung on the hanger of the infusion stand, and the solution storage container (1) is closed. The infusion set is attached to the drug solution outlet (10), and intravenous infusion is performed on the patient.
