に没入させると共に紫外線を照射してクリヤー層
3を硬化させることを特徴とする凹凸付建築板の
製造方法に係るものであつて、本発明の目的とす
るところは表面に滑らかな凹凸のある凹凸付建築
板を製造できる凹凸付建築板の製造方法を提供す

以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。1は硬質

て形成せる基材1であつて、上面に凹溝4を設け
て凹凸を形成してある。この基材1の表面には先
ず第1図に示すように硬質ポリ塩化ビニル又は軟
質ポリ塩化ビニル等の熱可塑性樹脂フイルム2を
接着剤で貼り付け、次にウレタン変性アクリル樹
脂等をベースにした紫外線硬化型クリヤーのよう
なクリヤー層3を第2図のようにロールコータ
ー、フローコーター等にて塗布する。次いでこの
基材1を乾燥炉に通して加熱することにより熱可
塑性樹脂フイルム2を軟化させて凹溝4に没入さ
せると共に基材1を紫外線照射炉に通してクリヤ
ー層3を硬化させる。すると第3図のように角ば
つたところがない滑らかな凹凸のある凹凸付建築

化させるので、凹凸のある基材の上面に凹凸に沿
つた熱可塑性樹脂フイルム及び紫外線硬化型クリ
ヤーのクリヤー層が積層された凹凸付建築板を製
造できるのは勿論、紫外線硬化型クリヤー層を平
滑な状態の熱可塑性樹脂フイルムに塗布してクリ
ヤー層を形成した後に熱可塑性樹脂フイルムを凹
凸に沿わせてクリヤー層を硬化させることができ
るためクリヤーを隅なく塗布できると共にロール
コータのような簡単な手段にて簡単且つ連続的に
クリヤー層を塗布できるという利点があり、しか
も基材の凹凸に熱可塑性樹脂フイルムやクリヤー
層が滑らかに沿い角張つた部分のない凹凸感にで
きる上、硬化したクリヤー層の厚さも凹凸に応じ
