関し、特に火災事故等で停電状態となつた場合に
ブレーキが働かないで手動開閉でき非常脱出を可
能とする電動開閉シヤツターに関する。

全面で問題がある。

されるよう電気接続し、モータ側に通電中は電磁
ブレーキには電流は通らず、ブレーキ解除状態と
し、停止の為にモータ側の通電が遮断された時に
は電磁ブレーキ側に通電され、ブレーキ作動状態
とし、かつ供給電源遮断時にはモータ側および電
磁ブレーキ側双方に電流が通らず、ブレーキ解除
状態としてシヤツターの手動開閉が可能となるよ
うにしたことを特徴とする。

し、中央部の巻取ドラム2aにおいてはその内歯
車3に対し前記水平軸1に取付けた正逆回転可能
なシヤツター作動用モータ4から延びる駆動軸5
上のピニオン6を噛合わせて駆動し、巻取ドラム
2a,2b周に一端を取付けたシヤツター7を巻
込んで引上げ、あるいは巻戻して降下させるよう
にする。シヤツター巻上げ巻下げの極点ではリミ
ツトスイツチ22,23(第3図参照)によりシ
ヤツター作動モータ4への通電を断つてモータ4
を停止させ、これに連動して後述の電磁ブレーキ
に通電が切換わるようにする。

各スイツチ19,21が働き同じように作動す
る。

とができる。そして常時は電磁ブレーキ力が正規
に働いてロツク状態となつているので盗難の防止
を確実に行うこともできる。

キ解除状態とし、停止の為にモータ側の通電が遮
断された時には電磁ブレーキ側に通電され、ブレ
ーキ作動状態とし、かつ供給電源遮断時にはモー
タ側および電磁ブレーキ側双方に電流が通らず、
ブレーキ解除状態としてシヤツターの手動開閉が
可能となるようにしたことを特徴とする電動開閉
シヤツター。
