Various embossed films have been proposed in the past, which are made by pouring resin onto a manuscript made of natural wood or other material and making a mold.
Silicone resin has been used because it has good mold releasability and can be cured at room temperature so as not to damage the original. However, silicone resins have drawbacks such as being expensive, having poor durability such as whitening phenomenon, and requiring a long time to cure at room temperature, which have led to an increase in the cost of the product.

This invention eliminates the drawbacks of conventional products as mentioned above,
To provide an inexpensive and durable embossed film.

以下図面に従つて本考案を詳細に説明する。 The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the manufacturing process of the embossed film of the present invention, in which a solution 1' of polyvinyl alcohol resin is applied to the surface of a document 3, and a stretched small stretchable sheet 2 is immediately placed on top of the solution 1'. The solution is dried and solidified after being embedded in a layer of.

Since a small stretchable sheet material is embedded inside the film, and the sheet material is not present on the uneven surface of the film, wrinkles do not occur on the film surface and the entire embossed film remains intact. The durability is improved and the dimensional accuracy is also good.

Example After sanding the surface of a natural wood veneer and applying a finishing coat, vaseline was applied to the surface, and then polyvinyl alcohol resin (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) with a saponification degree of 88% and a polymerization degree of 500 was applied. Add 10 parts of plasticizer, 2 parts of surfactant, and 1 part of antifoaming agent to a 15% solution, degas it under reduced pressure, apply it to a coating amount of 120 g/m 2 , and immediately apply it to the frame material. Stretched nylon woven fabric (150 mesh) was layered, defoamed with a squeegee, dried at 60°C for 10 minutes, and separated from the surface of the veneer to obtain an embossed film.
