本発明はFRP製品の表面艶消法に関し、さら
に具体的には、艶消剤を離型剤中に混入せしめ離
型剤を一定の性状に保持することにより、一定の
艶消状態の表面を有するFRP製品を得ることが
できるFRP製品の表面艶消法を提供することを

が要求される場合にはFRP型の表面を充分に磨
き込んでその光沢を製品に転写すればよい。逆
に、製品の表面が無光沢状態であることが要求さ
れる場合には、ブラストその他の方法でFRP型
の表面に微細な凹凸を付けて光沢のない状態と
し、成形時にFRP型の表面の凹凸を製品に転写
させるのであるが、この方法の場合、反復して行
われる型磨きの作業のためにFRP型の表面の微
細な凹凸が次第に摩滅していくので、そのFRP
型によつて製作される製品の表面の光沢状態も次
第に変化していくという問題点があつた。また、
FRP型が大型の場合とかあるいは複雑な形状の
場合には、ブラストの手段ではFRP型の表面の
全面にわたつて微細な凹凸を均一に形成すること

表面に塗布し乾燥させて表面に微細な凹凸を有す
る離型被膜を形成する工程と、前記離型被膜の表
面にゲルコートを塗布して製品側ゲルコート層を
形成し硬化後その上にガラスマツト・クロスを積
層して製品側ガラスマツト・クロスを形成する工
程と、FRP型からFRP製品を脱型する工程とを
包含し、離型剤を一定の性状に保持することによ
り一定の艶消状態の表面を有するFRP製品を得
