본 발명은 크래쉬 패드 금형과 그 성형방법 및 크래쉬 패드 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 크래쉬 패드의 표면에 엠포싱이 고르게 유지될 수 있고 성형공정을 단축할 수 있으며 이로 인한 원가절감을 기하고 재활용이 가능한 재질로 구성하며 이에 따른 탈환경오염성을 갖도록 하고 경량화를 기할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 목업(Mouk-up)표면에 엠포싱된 스킨의 이면을 접착하고 그 위에 네가형의 실리콘몰드를 성형한 후 상기 실리콘몰드를 이용해 포지형의 실리콘몰드를 성형하여 나서 이 포지형 실리콘몰드표면에 이형 및 켈코트 처리하고 통기성 에폭시수지를 적층하여 경화시키고 그 위에 알미늄입자와 무통기성 에폭시수지의 혼합물을 적층하고 경과후 탈형하여 통기성 상형이 얻어지면 이 통기성 상형표면에 이형 및 시트왁스처리하고 다시 이형처리하여 그 위에 코어를 얹고 이형처리한 후 무통기성 에폭시수지를 적층하여 경과후 탈형이면 무통기성하형이 얻어지는 바 무통기성 하형상에 코어를 장착하고 그 위에 폴리프로필렌 포옴과 스킨의 일체형 제품을 올려놓고 통기성 상형으로 성형품에 가열하고 진공흡착하면서 동시에 압착시키도록 하면 최종제품이 얻어지게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a crash pad mold, a molding method and a crash pad manufacturing method, embossing can be maintained evenly on the surface of the crash pad and can shorten the molding process, thereby reducing the cost and recycling material In order to have decontamination and light weight according to this, the back side of the embossed skin is adhered to the surface of the mock-up and a negative silicon mold is formed thereon, and the silicon mold is formed thereon.
