果賦形フイルムは高価なものとなる。また、シリコン樹
脂は不透明となるために化粧板製造時に化粧シートの色
彩模様と凹凸模様の同調作業が困難で有るという欠点を
有しており、工業生産に用いる賦形フイルムとしては不
向きなものであった。それに替わる低価格で、透明な賦
形フイルムとして、透明性、空気遮断性に優れるビニロ
ンフイルムに、加工性に富む塩化ビニルフイルムを積層
し、該積層したフイルムを加熱加圧してビニロン面に凹
凸模様を賦形したものが知られている。しかしながら、
