長方向及び車高方向の隙間量が所定値になるよう
に該セツト治具6の最終的な位置決めを行つて、
該リヤドアcを該リヤドア開口部bに挿入し、こ
の状態で締付ヘツド16の各ナツトランナ16a
によりドアヒンジeを第10図示の如く車体aの
センタピラにボルト止めしてリヤドアcの組付け
を完了する。

治具の位置決めを行う上記した従来装置のものに
おける不都合を解消し得る効果を有する。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 組付ステーシヨンの側部にドアを位置決めし
てセツト自在のセツト治具を備え、該セツト治具
を該組付ステーシヨン上にセツトされる車体のド
ア開口部に向つて進退自在とし、該セツト治具の
前進により該ドアを該ドア開口部に組付けるもの
において、該セツト治具を該ドア開口部の正規の
セツト位置に対応する所定の原点位置から車長方
向及び車高方向に各駆動源により変位自在とする
と共に、該ドア開口部の該セツト位置からのずれ
を検出する位置検出器を設け、該検出器からの信
号により該各駆動源を作動させて該セツト治具の
原点位置をその前進に先行して該ドア開口部の位
置ずれに応じ補正自在としたことを特徴とする車
両用ドアの組付装置。
