【考案の詳細な説明】（産業上の利用分野）本考案は、自動車のシートベルト取付構造に関

（従来技術）自動車のシートベルト端部に設けた取付具を、
車体内壁上部に取付ける場合に、取付ボルトに対

た薄肉部を利用することは従来から行なわれてい
る（実開昭49−61224号公報参照）。又、コストダ
ウンを図るために、前記仮止め用ワツシヤとして
紙ワツシヤを用いることも考えられるが、紙ワツ
シヤは圧縮力に弱いため、ボルト締着時にへたり
を起し、ボルトの締付トルクの低減につながるお
それがある。しかも、一度組付けると、紙ワツシ
ヤが破損するため、サービス時等に、取付具、ス
ペーサ等がばらばらになり、サービス性に劣ると

ワツシヤの内径、外径及び厚さを、それぞれ前記
取付ボルトのネジ部外径、前記インナパネルに形
成したボルト挿入穴径及びインナパネルの板厚よ
り薄く設定して、ボルト締着時に、インナパネル
のボルト挿入穴内に紙ワツシヤを収納せしめ得る

きるとともに、ボルト締着時におけるボルト締付
