本考案は、配電盤の扉締め付け装置に関するも

配電盤の扉をボルト締めする際に箱体枠と扉間
に締付けによる扉の変形を防止するカラーを設け
る必要があるが、周知のように扉には、各種監視
制御用器具が取り付けられている為、それらの重
量で扉が下り締め付けボルトが貫通する扉と箱体
枠に設けたボルト挿入孔の軸心が狂い、扉締め付
けボルトをセツトすることがでないという問題が
屡々発生する。

このような従来の配電盤扉締め付けボルト方式
では、扉12にボルト13を締め付ける際、通常

直し加工、或いはヒンジ取り付けの際に箱体枠と
扉の現物合せ加工を必要とする等の欠点があつ
た。

在性を発揮させ、扉締め付けボルトがスムーズに
枠にセツトすることができる構造にしたものであ

枠の孔のセンターずれを吸収することができ、従
来ヒンジ取り付けの際に箱体枠と扉を現物合せし
てヒンジを固着していたのを、その必要が無くな
り、更に箱体枠の裏側ナツトの溝さらえ又は、ナ
ツトの固着のやり替え、更にユーザにおいて盤据
付けレベルの狂い、経年変化又は振動による扉の
狂い等を吸収することができる等、従来の問題を
一挙に解決できるという効果を奏するものであ
る。
