しておき、他端側をフエンダ1に接合せしめ、ね
じ6によりこれをフエンダ1側に螺着する手段が
とられている。この場合、ねじ6を廻すにはバン
パ端部2aとフエンダ1間に狭い空間に締付工具
等を挿入して行わねばならず、かつフエンダ1の
近傍には上記の如くタイヤ3が配置することか
ら、ねじ6の締結は極めて難しく多くの作業時間
を必要とする欠点があつた。また図示していない
が、フエンダ1に内側からねじを締付ける場合も
上記と同様の欠点があつた。
