【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は樹脂製部品、例えば自動車のフードル
ーバ等の取付け構造の改良に関するものである。

従来、自動車に取付けられる樹脂製のフードル
ーバの車体への取付けは、第1図に示すように、
該フードルーバ1の下面にスタツドボルト2を埋
込み、該ボルトをフードパネル3に挿通し、ナツ
ト4を螺合して取付けるものや、又、第2図に示
すように該フードルーバ1の下面に脚部5を突設
し、該脚部にセルフスレツドナツト6を嵌合さ
せ、該脚部にねじを切りながら締付けて取付ける
ようにしたものや、あるいは、第3図に示すよう
に該フードルーバ1の下面に円筒状の脚部7を設
けタツピングビス8により取付けるようにしたも
のが存したが第1図に示すものにおいては、ナツ
トの締付けによる軸力がスタツドボルトに直に負
荷されるので、必然的に植込部の寸法Lが大きく
なり、そのため取付部表面にヒケが発生しやす
く、かつ、強固に締付けるため左右の動きが困難
で、特に大物部品等では該樹脂製部品と被取付部
材との熱膨張の誤差により、鋼板性の被取付部材
より剛性の低い該樹脂製部品にソリ、もしくは捩
れが発生する等の問題がある。すなわち、鋼板
(鉄)の線膨張係数は約1×10-5であり、樹脂の
それは(約5〜10)×10-5であり、仮りに500mmの
長さのものであつて、50℃の温度の上昇があつた
とすると、その伸び量は鉄で約0.25mm、樹脂で約
1.25〜2.5mmとなり、その差1〜2.25mmが樹脂製部
品側にソリ、もしくは捩れを発生させる。又、第
2図に示すものにおいては、使用可能な締付許容
トルクが小さいためエアーツール等の作業性の良
い作業ができない、数多い脱着作業が不可能であ
る等の問題があり、又、第3図に示すものにおい
ては、締付許容トルクが小さい、脚部に肉厚を要
するため、取付部表面にヒケが発生しやすい、取
付パネルの絞り加工が深くなる等の問題があつ
た。

樹脂製部品の取付け構造を提供することを目的と
するものである。

16の段部16aとフードパネルAの裏面との間
隙Hよりやや大きくなされ、締結時において、上
記ワツシヤ16の段部16aとフードパネルAの
裏面との間に圧縮挟持されるようになされてい
る。19は上記フードルーバーaの裏面側のボス
部13の周囲近傍に形成された突起である。

上記ワツシヤの中央部を上記スタツドボルトに螺
締したナツトとスタツドボルトのつば部との間に
介装挟持した構造とし、ナツトの締付けによる高
い軸力をスタツドボルトのつば部で受けるように
し、樹脂製部品のボス部には、ラバーワツシヤの
圧縮による反力分と締付けトルクのみが負荷され
るようにして、該樹脂製部品のボス部に掛る力を
小さくするようにしたので、該ボス部の構造を簡
素化することができる。したがつて、該ボス部の
肉厚寸法Lも小さくすることができるので、樹脂
製部品の表面のヒケも生じにくい。
