Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily form a heat insulating concrete wall, having durability, by blowing a heat insulating material to exposed surfaces of a truss bar in a concrete plate thereafter vertically building it with a concrete layer outside and forming a cast-in-place concrete layer on the heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A truss bar 5 is parallelly arranged with a suitable space, and embedding its top end or bottom end to a concrete layer 4, a precast concrete plate 1 is formed. After execution blowing a heat insulating material 2 to exposed surfaces of the truss bar 5 in this concrete plate 1, it is built placing the concrete layer 4 outside between large beams of a building B, next a cast-in- place concrete layer 3 is formed on the insulating material 2. By the method thus obtained, a heat insulating concrete wall A, integrally firmly fixing the concrete layer 4 and the heat insulating layer 2, can be easily formed.

(Means for Achieving the Object) The means of the present invention for achieving the above object is such that the truss reinforcements are arranged in parallel at appropriate intervals in an insulating concrete wall, and the top end or bottom end of the truss bars are arranged in parallel within the concrete layer. It is characterized in that a precast concrete plate is formed by being buried, a heat insulating material is coated on the surface of the precast concrete board where the truss reinforcements are projected, and a concrete layer is cast on the heat insulating material. The method for constructing an insulated concrete wall is that one top reinforcement and two bottom reinforcement are arranged in the shape of an isosceles triangle, respectively.
These top and bottom reinforcements are connected by corrugated connecting bars to form truss reinforcing bars, and the truss reinforcing bars are arranged in parallel with appropriate intervals, and either the top reinforcement side or the bottom reinforcement side is placed in the concrete layer. A precast concrete plate is formed by being buried, and a heat insulating material is sprayed onto the surface of the concrete plate where the truss reinforcing bars protrude into the pregas 1, and after the heat insulating material hardens, the precast concrete board is placed so that the concrete layer is on the outside. The structure is constructed by placing cast-in-place concrete on top of the heat insulating material.
