Abstract

PURPOSE:To exhaust steam from the side surface and bottom surface of bread with simple constitution after the bread is baked by providing a rib body or a channel, which reaches from the bottom surface to an upper edge part, on the side surface of a kneading vessel and providing the rib body or channel on the bottom surface of the kneading vessel.
