As is clear from the results in Table 1 on the 12th, silver thiosulfate aqueous solution has a freshness retention effect of 3 days compared to tap water alone, and natural brassinolide aqueous solution has a freshness retention effect of 1. It had the effect of preserving freshness for several days. However,
The cut flower freshness preserving agent of the present invention, which is a mixture of an aqueous solution of silver thiosulfate and an aqueous solution of natural brassinolide, had a freshness preserving effect for 6 days. That is, the cut flower freshness-preserving agent of the present invention significantly delayed the withering of spray carnation buds, and its freshness-preserving effect was remarkable.
