[Problem to be solved by the invention] A long piece of cloth is stretched between a pair of feed rollers, and the transfer is controlled in the XY-axis direction by the rotational movement of both feed rollers and the movement movement in the axial direction. When stitching fabric, there is a problem in that the mechanism for driving and controlling both feed rollers in the axial direction and the mechanism for spreading the fabric in the width direction are complicated.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The multi-head embroidery sewing machine of the present invention includes a plurality of sewing machine heads arranged in a horizontal line and each equipped with a sewing needle, and the above-mentioned sewing machine head which cooperates with the sewing needles to form a stitch. A plurality of sewing tables disposed below each sewing machine head are each attached to a movable frame installed movably in the arrangement direction of the sewing machine heads with respect to the bed. A pair of feed rollers, each horizontally suspended along the arrangement direction of the sewing machine heads, are disposed in parallel so as to be co-rotatable in order to expand the stitching area and control the transfer in the lengthwise direction of the fabric. a first control motor that is rotationally driven to control the movement of the sewing machine head and the sewing table in the width direction of the fabric in accordance with the lateral component of the stitching pattern; The feed rollers are rotationally driven in synchronization with the first control motor in order to control the forward and reverse rotation of the two feed rollers to control the transfer of the embroidery area in the longitudinal direction of the fabric in accordance with the longitudinal component of the embroidery pattern. It has a configuration in which a second control motor is provided.

[Function] A plurality of sewing machine heads arranged in a horizontal row,
A movable frame, on which a plurality of sewing tables disposed below each sewing machine head are respectively attached, is controlled to move forward and backward in the arrangement direction of the sewing machine heads by a first control motor, so that each of the sewing machine heads and each sewing table can be moved forward and backward in the arrangement direction of the sewing machine heads. At the same time, a second control motor controls the movement of the sewing table in the cloth width direction in accordance with the lateral component of the stitching pattern, and at the same time controls a pair of feed rollers that are horizontally suspended in parallel along the arrangement direction of the sewing machine heads. By controlling rotation in forward and reverse directions, the stitching area of the fabric is controlled to be transferred in a stretched state in the cloth length direction in accordance with the longitudinal component of the stitching pattern, and the stitching pattern is sewn in the stitching area.

In addition, it is possible to integrally control the movement of each sewing machine head and each sewing table to eliminate deviations in the relative positions of each sewing machine head and each sewing table. It is possible to eliminate incorrect sewing operations that occur due to shifts in travel distance or startup timing when movement is controlled by the sewing machine. It can be carried out appropriately.

Near the rear end of the drive base 14 is a second control motor 2 which is driven to rotate in synchronization with the first control motor 15 based on a signal corresponding to the horizontal component of the embroidery pattern.
A screw shaft 21 directly connected to the motor shaft of the second control motor 20 is screwed into a screw cylinder 22 attached to a vertical frame on one side of the movable frame 6. Screw shaft 2 with forward and reverse rotation of 20
1 rotates in forward and reverse directions, and the movable frame 6 is controlled to move forward and backward in a direction parallel to the needle drop line a, so that each sewing machine head 5
Each sewing table 7 is integrally controlled to move in the cloth width direction in synchronization with the transfer of the stitching stitch N1 in the cloth length direction due to the rotation of both feed rollers 12. Both feed rollers 1 for transporting the stitching area N1 of the fabric N in the fabric length direction by the synchronous rotation of both control motors 15 and 20.
2 and the forward and backward movement of the movable frame 6 for moving each sewing machine head 5 and each sewing table 7 in the cloth width direction are repeated for each vertical movement of the sewing needle 9, and the stitching is completed. The sewing area N1, each sewing machine head 5, and each sewing table 7 are intermittently displaced in the cloth length direction and cloth width direction corresponding to the vertical and horizontal components of the embroidery pattern, respectively, to perform the embroidery sewing. A predetermined embroidery pattern can be sewn in the area N1.

In this example, when sewing the sewing area N1 of a long piece of fabric N, a plurality of sewing machine heads 5 are arranged in a row horizontally, and a plurality of sewing machine heads 5 are arranged below each of the sewing machine heads 5. The movable frame 6 to which the sewing machine table 7 is attached is controlled to move forward and backward in the direction in which the sewing machine heads 5 are arranged by the first control motor 15, thereby stitching each of the sewing machine heads 5 and the sewing table 7 in the lateral direction component of the pattern. At the same time, the second control motor 20 controls the forward and reverse rotation of a pair of feed rollers 12, which are horizontally suspended in parallel along the arrangement direction of the sewing machine heads 5. N embroidery areas N1 are controlled to be transferred in a stretched state in the cloth length direction in accordance with the longitudinal component of the embroidery pattern.

In addition, each sewing machine head 5 and each sewing table 7 are integrally controlled to move each sewing machine head 5 and each sewing table 7.
This eliminates deviations in the relative position between the sewing machine head 5 and the sewing table 7, which would otherwise occur due to deviations in movement distance or startup timing when the movement of the sewing machine head 5 and sewing table 7 is controlled by separate drive systems. Unauthorized sewing operations can be eliminated, and the cooperative sewing operations between each sewing machine head 5 and each sewing table 7 can be performed properly at all times.
