Abstract

PURPOSE:To heat seal the overlapping part of an outer sheet and prevent the adhesion of the molten surface of wrapping sheet to a heating member, by forming a fusion layer having a low melting point on the wrapping sheet, packaging commodities therein with the fusion layer inside and heating the outer sheet to a temperature lower than the melting point of the wrapping sheet and higher than that of the fusion layer. CONSTITUTION:An outer sheet B consists of wrapping sheet 1 made of the polyethylene sheet having a high melting point and a fusion layer 2 of polypropylene having a low melting point formed thereon in only attachment areas. A sanitary napkin A is placed at a predetermined location on the outer sheet B and enclosed therein by overlapping both sides thereof. A heating member applies heat along the overlapping part of the outer sheet B in contact with the wrapping sheet 1. The temperature of the heating member is kept between the high melting point of the wrapping sheet 1 and the low melting point of the fusion layer 2. The fusion layer 2 is melted to serve as an adhesive agent, while the wrapping sheet 1 is not melted, preventing the adhesion of the wrapping sheet 1 to the heating member.

O Conventional technology and its problems In the conventional heat-seal packaging method, products (e.g. napkins) are packaged with an exterior synthetic resin sheet (thermal adhesive sheet).
After the upper and lower facing synthetic resin sheets are heated from the outside using a heating element, they are fused to each other.

In order to perform thermal bonding, it is necessary to heat the heating element to a temperature higher than the melting point of the sheet. As a result, a portion of the molten synthetic resin sheet adheres to the heating element, and it is necessary to remove the synthetic resin sheet adhered to the heating element every time the work is completed, which increases packaging costs due to the additional work. There is.

Another method to avoid this problem is to use a laminated film of two types of synthetic resins with different melting points as a packaging material, but this method simply laminates the low melting point resin over the entire surface, which is necessary only for the fused part. Therefore, there is a problem that resources are wasted and the cost of the packaging material is high, increasing the product cost.

○Means for solving the above-mentioned problems The present invention improves the heat sealing process in a sanitary napkin packaging machine, and heat-bonds a synthetic resin film packaging sheet at a desired predetermined location. On the other hand, there is a process of laminating an adhesive layer with a low melting point to form an exterior sheet, and a process of wrapping the packaged product with the exterior sheet with the adhesive layer inside, so that the adhesive layer of the exterior sheet above the product is The process of bringing the fusing layer of the outer sheet below the product into contact with each other, and heating the outer sheet at a temperature lower than the melting point of the packaging material sheet and higher than the melting point of the fusion bond, using a heating member brought into contact with the outer surface of the packaging material sheet. Then, by the step of fusing the opposing fusing layers to each other, the product is placed inside and the opposing outer sheets are thermally bonded to each other, and the heating member \ is prevented from adhering to the surface of the packaging material sheet due to melting.

In addition, by selecting the location where the adhesive layer is laminated, it is possible to heat-seal only the necessary locations that can be selected arbitrarily, and by forming the adhesive layer at the required locations, the exterior sheet can be formed into two layers with different melting points. It has the effect of reducing the cost of exterior materials compared to the conventional technology, which is constructed from a synthetic resin film and has a double-layer structure even in unnecessary parts.

(1) A roll of a packaging material sheet of synthetic resin film used for sanitary napkin packaging is rolled out, and a fusion layer made of a synthetic resin having a melting point lower than that of the packaging material sheet is laminated on a predetermined location where heat bonding is desired. a process of continuously stacking sanitary napkins in the center of the area surrounded by the adhesive layer laminated on the continuous exterior sheet; and forming an exterior with the adhesive layer inside. Both edges of the sheets are rolled up and the stacked sanitary napkins are stacked almost on their center lines, so that both edges of the sheets sandwich the adhesive layer between them in the longitudinal direction.
In addition, in the horizontal direction, there is a step in which the adhesive layers are made to face each other at the front and rear ends of the sanitary napkin, and in the longitudinal direction, in the folded seam, a heating member that is brought into contact with the outer surface of the packaging material sheet is moved relative to each other in the direction of the folded seam. A step of heating the outer sheet at a temperature lower than the melting point of the packaging material sheet and higher than the melting point of the adhesive layer by moving the material sheet to fuse the overlapped seams, and a process of melting the facing adhesive layers at the front and rear ends of the sanitary napkin to the outside. heating and fusing the packaging material sheet to a temperature where only the fusing layer melts, and simultaneously cutting the sanitary napkin at the center of the welded part to complete the packaging of the individually divided sanitary napkins. A heat seal packaging method for sanitary napkin packaging machines.
