[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention consists of a wear-resistant fabric with a densely textured outer surface, a lining fabric with excellent hygroscopicity and a large number of wave-like uneven parts, and both the front and back This invention relates to underwear made of bag-shaped quilted fabric that is made of triple-layered material, which is joined at appropriate intervals with woolly threads of synthetic fibers interposed between the layers.

Traditionally, underwear and underwear have been made of fabrics that use polyester or polyamide-based synthetic fibers for the interior that comes in contact with the skin, cotton or polyester for the outside, and then shrink the synthetic fibers in the finishing process to form wavy irregularities on the front side. Underwear made of knitted quilt fabric that uses short fiber yarns such as cotton yarn on both the inside and outside are well known, but the former uses synthetic fiber yarns such as polyamide or polyester yarns on the side that comes in contact with the skin. Because of this, it has poor moisture absorption and is extremely uncomfortable as underwear. In the latter case, short fibers are used for the fabric on both the inside and outside, so it has poor vertical and horizontal shrinkage, and it does not stretch when worn, making it difficult to wear. It felt tight and uncomfortable to wear, causing stiff shoulders, and it lacked a good fit at the waist and buttocks, making it uncomfortable to wear.

In consideration of the points mentioned above, the underwear of this invention was developed as a result of research and removed the drawbacks of the conventional ones. The outer material is made of elastic stretch yarn knitted with yarn with excellent moisture absorption. The lining is knitted with highly hygroscopic yarn with a coarser density than the outer fabric.
Woolly threads made of synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide are interposed between the front and back fabrics to join the front and back fabrics at appropriate intervals, and the contraction of the elastic stretch yarn creates numerous wave-like uneven parts on the lining fabric. To provide slips with shirts, shirts, pants, and various other underwear made of exposed triple-layered bag-like quilted fabric so that the lining of the fabric becomes the inside of the underwear.

Figure 1 is a cutaway perspective view of a part of the shirt, and the material that makes up this shirt is the second one.
As shown in the figure, the outer material 1 is made of a single covering yarn or a double covering yarn, which is made of an elastic elastic yarn, such as a polyurethane fiber yarn, as a core yarn, and a nylon yarn wrapped around it from one or both directions.
It is knitted by distributing cotton yarn, polynosic yarn, or any of these blended yarns alternately in each course, or in every two courses, or each course as appropriate, and the lining 2 is made of cotton yarn or polynosik yarn. Alternatively, it is composed of any of these blended yarns, and during knitting of both the front and back fabrics 1 and 2, a synthetic fiber woolly yarn 3 such as polyamide, polyester, or acrylic is inserted between the outer fabric 1 and the lining 2. A triple-layer bag-like knitted fabric 6 is obtained by intervening and joining the outer fabric 1 and the lining fabric 2 at appropriate intervals.

This knitted fabric 6 is formed by the active contraction force of the elastic yarn knitted into the outer fabric 1, by the shrinkage difference between the outer fabric 1 and the lining 2, and by the difference in density between the textures of the outer fabric 1 and the lining 2. In other words, it is a bag-shaped quilt fabric in which a large number of wave-like uneven portions 5 are exposed over the entire surface of the lining 2.

Thus, a shirt is manufactured using this quilted fabric 6 and configured so that the side of the lining 2 of the fabric 6 becomes the interior 8 of the main body 7 of the shirt.

The underwear of this invention can be implemented as lyrically, and the front side of the underwear is knitted with elastic stretch yarn, cotton yarn, polynosic yarn, or a blend of these yarns arranged in appropriate courses. Due to the contraction of the elastic yarn with excellent elasticity, the knitted structure becomes dense and the knitted surface becomes smooth, so the underwear not only has an extremely beautiful appearance, but also has less fuzz and an excellent color tone. It can be worn as underwear.

Furthermore, the front side of the underwear is wear-resistant and durable due to the knitting of elastic and stretchable threads. In addition, since the back side of the underwear, that is, the interior 8, has a knitted structure with a coarser density than the front fabric 1, the contraction force of the elastic yarn causes the wave-like uneven portions 5 to form over the entire interior 8 of the underwear. The uneven parts 5 create a large number of air layers between the skin and the inner part 8, providing excellent heat retention, and forming the inner part 8 of the underwear. Not only does it have extremely good hygroscopicity due to the hygroscopic fibers, but the front side of the underwear uses elastic elastic yarn, and the inner part 8 has a knitted structure coarser in density than the outer fabric, and the elastic elastic yarn shrinks. To provide an undergarment that is extremely comfortable to wear because the entire inside is swollen by force and a number of wave-like uneven parts are exposed, so that the entire undergarment is highly stretchable, fits well to the body, and is extremely comfortable to wear. This is possible.
