[Detailed explanation of the invention] In this invention, the outer material is made of a wear-resistant fabric that has a finely textured surface by arranging elastic yarns in appropriate courses, and the lining is made with a coarser knitting structure than the outer material. The present invention relates to nightwear that has excellent heat retention and is made of quilted fabric that has a large number of wave-like uneven parts exposed by the contraction force of elastic yarn.

Conventionally, nightwear made of knit quilt fabric made of short fiber yarn such as cotton yarn on the inside and outside has been known. Not only did they have poor elasticity on the sides, making them feel tight when worn, making them extremely uncomfortable to wear and causing stiff shoulders, but the front side of the nightwear was also fluffy and unsightly. It had poor friction resistance and poor abrasion resistance.

In consideration of the points mentioned above, this idea was developed after eliminating the drawbacks of the conventional technology and as a result of intensive research. It is knitted with cotton-polyester blended yarn or cotton-acrylic blended yarn, and the lining side is knitted with a cotton-polyester blended yarn or cotton-acrylic blended yarn, which is rich in heat retention and abrasion resistance, with a coarser density than the outer fabric. The inside is made of woolly yarn made of synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyamide, acrylic, etc., and the front and back sides are joined at appropriate courses, and the contraction of the elastic stretch yarn creates a large number of wave-like uneven parts on the lining, creating a triple-layered fabric. To provide a nightwear with excellent heat retention, which is made of layered fabric and configured such that the lining of the fabric is the inside and the outer fabric is the outside.

Next, specific embodiments of the nightwear of this invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view of the nightwear of this invention.
As shown in FIG. 2, the fabric 4 constituting this nightwear 1 has a single outer material 5 made of an elastic stretch yarn, such as a polyurethane fiber yarn, as a core yarn, and a nylon yarn wound in one or both directions. Covered yarn or double covered yarn and either cotton-polyester blended yarn or cotton-acrylic blended yarn, which are rich in heat retention and abrasion resistance, are arranged alternately in each course, or every two courses, or as appropriate. Each course is arranged and knitted, and the lining 6 is knitted with either a cotton-polyester blended yarn or a cotton-acrylic blended yarn, which is rich in heat retention and abrasion resistance, with a coarser knitting density than the outer fabric 5. During knitting of the outer fabric 5 and the lining 6, a synthetic fiber woolly yarn 7 such as polyamide, polyester, or acrylic is inserted between the outer fabric 5 and the lining 6, i.e., inside, and the outer fabric 5 and the lining 6 are knitted for each course as appropriate.
The outer fabric 5 is bonded 8 to form a triple-layer bag-like knitted fabric, and the outer fabric 5
By utilizing the difference in the density of the structure of the lining 6 and the lining 6, the quilt fabric has a large number of wave-shaped uneven portions 9 exposed over the entire surface of the lining 6.

The nightwear 1 of this invention can be implemented as described above, and the outer fabric 5 of the fabric 4 constituting the nightwear 1, that is, the outer fabric 2 of the nightwear 1, is particularly made of elastic yarn, such as polyurethane fiber yarn. Knitted by arranging single covering yarn or double covering yarn in which nylon thread is wound in one or both directions around a core yarn, and cotton-polyester blended yarn or cotton-acrylic blended yarn in each course or as appropriate. Therefore, the knitting structure becomes dense due to the contraction of the elastic yarn with excellent stretchability.
The knitted surface not only has a clean and beautiful appearance, but also has little fuzz and can be made into nightwear with excellent color tone. And nightwear 1
Both the front and back fabrics 5 and 6 of the fabric 4 that made up the nightwear are knitted with cotton polyester or cotton acrylic blend yarn, which is rich in heat retention and abrasion resistance, so the outer fabric and inner fabric of the nightwear are abrasion resistant and heat retaining. Not only can the nightwear have excellent properties, but since the outer fabric of the nightwear is especially constructed by knitting elastic yarn, it can further strengthen its abrasion resistance and is durable. In addition, since the inner fabric 3 of the nightwear 1, that is, the lining 6 of the quilt fabric 4, has a knitted structure with a coarser density than the outer fabric 5, the waving occurs over the entire lining due to the contractile force of the elastic stretch yarn. Since it has a large number of shaped uneven parts, when worn, it has good cushioning properties, and the uneven parts create many air layers on the back side, increasing heat retention. The lining 6 is made of yarn, and the density of the knitting structure is coarse, and the entire lining is swollen and has many wave-like uneven parts due to the contraction force of the elastic stretch yarn. The entire fabric that makes up the wear is highly stretchable, eliminating the traditional stiff feeling when worn, making it possible to provide nightwear that is extremely comfortable to wear and has excellent heat retention, as it blends well with the body. It is something.
