ともなつていた。 Traditionally, polyester or polyamide synthetic fibers are used on the inside that touches the skin, and cotton or polyester is used on the outside, and the synthetic fibers are shrunk during the finishing process to form wave-like unevenness on the front side.It is called a wave quilt. Commercially available fabrics and knit quilts made using short fiber threads such as cotton thread on both the inside and outside are well known, but the former uses synthetic fiber threads such as polyamide or polyester on the side that comes in contact with the skin. In the case of the latter, short fibers are used for the fabric on both the inside and outside, so it has poor vertical and horizontal elasticity, making it difficult to wear when worn. It felt like it was stretched, making it extremely uncomfortable to wear and causing stiff shoulders.

にある。 In view of the points mentioned above, this idea was developed by eliminating the drawbacks of the conventional method and as a result of intensive research. The lining is knitted with highly hygroscopic yarn with a coarser density than the front side, with woolly yarn made of synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide interposed inside, and the front and back sides are knitted in appropriate courses. To provide a bag-shaped quilt fabric characterized in that a large number of wave-like irregularities are exposed on a lining material by the contraction action of elastic stretchable threads that are bonded together.

ものである。 Next, specific examples of the quilt fabric of this invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the quilt fabric of this invention, and the outer material 1 is made of elastic stretch yarn, such as polyurethane fiber yarn, and a single covering yarn or double covering yarn with nylon yarn wound around one or both sides of the core, and cotton yarn or double covering yarn. Polynosic yarn or any of these blended yarns are alternately arranged in every course, or every two courses,
Or organize them by course as appropriate. Also, lining 2
is knitted with either cotton yarn, polynosic yarn, or a blend of these yarns. During the knitting of the outer fabric 1 and the lining 2, woolly yarn 3 made of synthetic fibers such as polyamide, polyester, and acrylic is interposed between the outer fabric 1 and the inner fabric 2, and the outer fabric 1 and the lining 2 are knitted at appropriate intervals. and are joined together 4 to form a triple-layer bag-like knitted fabric. Therefore, by the active contraction force of the elastic stretch yarn, by the shrinkage difference between the outer material 1 and the lining material 2, and by utilizing the difference in the density of the structures of the outer material 1 and the lining material 2, a large number of A bag-shaped quilted fabric having wavy uneven portions 5 is produced.

として極めて有効である。 The quilt fabric 6 of this invention can be implemented as described above, and the outer material 1 is made of an elastic stretch yarn, such as a polyurethane fiber yarn, as the core yarn, and nylon from the right or left side, or from both sides. Because it is knitted with single covered yarn or double covered yarn wound with yarn, and cotton yarn or polynosic yarn, or a blended yarn of these, arranged every other course or every course as appropriate, it has good elasticity. Due to the contraction of this excellent elastic stretchable yarn, the knitted structure becomes dense and the knitted surface not only has a clean and beautiful appearance, but also has less fluff and can be made into a fabric with excellent color tone. Furthermore, it is durable because it becomes a wear-resistant fabric due to the weaving of elastic and stretchable threads. In addition, since the lining 2 has a knitted structure with a coarser density than the outer material 1, a large number of wave-like uneven portions 5 are formed on the entire lining surface due to the contraction force of the elastic stretch yarn, so that it does not touch the skin. It feels extremely comfortable when in contact with the fabric, has excellent heat retention as many air layers are created between the skin and the lining due to the uneven parts, and has extremely good moisture absorption properties due to the hygroscopic fibers that make up the lining. Not only that, but the outer fabric uses elastic stretchable yarn, and the lining has a knitted structure coarser in density than the outer fabric, and the contraction force of the elastic stretchable yarn causes the entire lining to swell with numerous wave-like irregularities. Because the parts of the quilt are exposed, the entire quilt fabric has excellent elasticity, and when used as underwear, it fits well to the body and is comfortable to wear, making it extremely effective as an underwear fabric.
