<Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a flat knitted fabric, and more particularly to a flat knitted fabric having a special knitted structure, lightweight, excellent in heat retention, and suitable for use as a blanket. <Prior Art> In general, flat knitted fabrics are widely used in the clothing field as lightweight and heat-retaining materials. However, blankets, such as woven blankets and Mayer blankets, have a textured surface and have a heat-retaining effect with fluff, and have a standardized appearance and texture. <Problems to be solved by the invention> On the other hand, when trying to provide a blanket function with a flat knitted fabric, the conventional flat knit structure has problems in terms of lightness, heat retention, durability, etc., and there is still no satisfactory solution. This is the current situation. The present invention compensates for the drawbacks of the conventional blankets and provides a novel flat knitted fabric for blankets. <Means for solving the problem> The present invention provides a reversible flat knitted fabric having uneven portions, in which the ratio of the number of courses of each stitch composed of front bed needles and back bed needles is 2:1, The flat knitted fabric for blankets has two or more stitches and rib binding. This invention achieves heat retention and weight reduction by shielding the hollow part of the reversible uneven structure by connecting ribs and trapping the air.In order to increase the hollow area in a normal reversible uneven structure, we have achieved heat retention and weight reduction. It is necessary to increase the ratio of the number of courses of stitches formed with the rear needles, and as a result, the stitches on one side are stretched significantly, making it easier for the stitches to bunch up, which poses a practical problem for use as a blanket. This invention does not increase the ratio of the number of courses of each stitch formed by the front bed needle and the back bed needle, but by configuring it at a ratio of 2:1, and by inserting two or more stitches and connecting them with ribs. By increasing the hollow portion, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of hitches in the same degree of stitches on both the front and back sides, thereby solving the problems associated with ordinary reversible uneven structures. The present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an example of the knitting structure according to the present invention. In Figure 1, a 1 , a 2 , a 3 , a 4 , a 5 are the needles on the back floor,
b 1 , b 2 , b 3 , b 4 , b 5 , b 6 , b 7 indicate the needles in the anterior bed.
In the knitting order as shown in the figure, first a stitch is formed only with the needles on the front bed, then a stitch is formed only with the needles on the front bed, and in the third time, the stitches are formed with only the needles on the front bed . b4 ,
b Form a stitch using only 5 . After repeating this knitting twice, perform two stitches, then perform rib knitting and knotting using the needles on the front bed and the needles on the back bed. FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional model diagram of the obtained knitted fabric. With a normal structure, it is almost impossible to form a hollow part as shown in Figure 3, and in order to form a hollow part, the ratio of the number of courses between the stitches created by the front needle and the stitches created by the rear needle is determined as shown in Figure 4. Although it needs to be larger, the stitches will be easier to string. That is, in the knitted fabric according to the present invention, the ratio of the number of courses of stitches composed of front bed needles and back bed needles is 2:1.
By inserting two or more stitches before tying the ribs, a twisting effect is given to the tying stitches, making the stitches stand up and forming many hollow parts. In Fig. 2, A 1 , A 2 , A 3 are jersey stitches formed by back needles, B 1 , B 2 , B 3 , B 4 ,
B 5 and B 6 are jersey stitches formed by front needles, C 1 are rib stitches formed by front needles, D 1 are rib stitches by rear needles, and I 1 indicates a hollow part. . Third
The figure shows a cross-sectional model diagram of a normal uneven knitted fabric in which the ratio of the number of stitch courses formed by front needles to the number of stitch courses formed by rear needles is 2:1, but no swing is included.
A 1 , A 2 , A 3 are jersey stitches made with back needles,
B 1 , B 2 , B 3 , B 4 , B 5 , B 6 are jersey knit stitches using front needles, C 1 is rib stitch stitches using front needles, D 1
indicates the stitch of rib knitting with rear needles, and I 2 indicates the hollow part. Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional model diagram of a knitted fabric having a hollow part similar to that of the present invention, where A 1 is a jersey stitch formed by the needles on the back bed, B 1 , B 2 , B 3 , B 4 , B 5 , B 6 are stitches of jersey knitting with front needles, C 1 are rib stitches of rib knitting with front needles, D 1 are rib stitches of rib knitting with rear needles, and I 3 indicates a hollow part. <Examples> Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically explained using examples. Example The knitted fabrics shown in Figures 2, 3, and 4 were made using acrylic spun yarn using a flat knitting machine 8G manufactured by Shima Seiki Co., Ltd., and the results were compared with a 100% acrylic woven blanket. Shown in Table 1.

We can provide materials. In addition, since it is obtained using a flat knitting machine, it is possible to produce a wide variety of products in small quantities, and there is no need for complicated processing steps such as napping and shearing, making it possible to perform short cycle production.
